From the beginning to the end, they were on schedule, quick, efficient and communicative. Also, having Shannon back at the office to ask questions or help direct questions was super helpful. I highly recommend them to anyone needed a new roof as we will be dead before needing to do this again!

From the very start, the process was positive and professional in every way imaginable. The estimate was very fair and the process of getting the estimate and modifying specific parts of it were easy and handled with professionality. The day of the roof installation was also very well handled and completed by a good team and all of the workers and staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. We had suspected that several facia boards needed attention or replacement, and that was done as well which was a pleasant surprise and very cost effective. The job was completed in less than a day ( 7 hours from tear off to complete), and the job site was left in a clean and orderly way. I want to recommend Gold Country Roofing as a great company and one which was more competitively priced and better than several other bids and estimates we received. All of the staff are friendly, helpful and show the highest degree of integrity possible. James Brunet

Alas, on the scheduled day and time, nobody showed up, and nobody contacted me. I called the office, and Jada said my job was not on their calendar. After she gave me multiple excuses for why Brian failed to show up "for my estimate", it was clear that they had scheduled another estimate and not the actual repair work, and then they didn't even show up for that. I would not recommend using this company.
