She was not given the proper jewlwey for a Newley pierced nose, rather he gave her a piece of jewlwey more suited for someone who has already gone through the healing process. The piece of jewelry she received was not one that would stay in her nose throughout the healing process. He said his reason for using the straight nose jewlery was because he "thought they looked less like boogies" which may be true but that should not be his concern. His concern should be the healing process. She went home and two days later she woke up and her nose piercing had fallen out. $70 dollars to get a pericing done that wasn't even guaranteed to last. I tried to call up and speak for her but was met with nothing but attitude and told that it was her problem because she "obviously must not have known how to take care of it" were his exact words. But if he had done his job properly she would have 1. Had a piece of jewlery that lasted throughout the healing process and 2. Know about the healing process. Anyway, he told me he would absolutely not refund her because it was her fault ($70) and that she would have to drive all the way to him (2hrs both ways) to pick up a new piece of jewlery. I asked "will the jewlery be free" He said "yes" I said "well if that's all you can do for me I guess it's sad but I'll take it" He then hung up on me. I tried to call back but my call continued to get ignored. I left a message but have a feeling I will not be hearing back. Very unfortunate. I wish this establishment cared about their customers.

I FB messengered them late one night and they replied (amazing customer service from the start!) They answered my 101 questions, and every reply led me to choosing them as the place I was going to trust with tattooing my face (this IS a big deal!) I booked for early Saturday morning quite easily online and deposited my appointment. Brianna gave me a warm welcome inside the immaculate, sweet little boutique shop - only two chairs, one client at a time, and following all Covid precautions. We spent about 30 minutes talking about my brows and my expectations. I had purposely grown out my natural brows for months prior, so my true brow shape/size would be evident. Brianna gave me her professional advice on shape and custom color, and we came to a mutual decision what would be best for me, combo microblading and powder brow. She measured and drew over my face to get the best symmetry possible, and applied a numbing solution. (Keeping in mind that most faces are not perfectly symmetrical.) She guided me through every stroke of the process and she was warm and comforting. A little over 90 minutes later she gave me the mirror and I was THRILLED! Aftercare instructions were printed out for me, as well as a balm required while brows are on the mend! My healing process was painless. I never had "pain" during the procedure or after. Best description is that it felt like my brows were sunburned. The sensation of the actual tattooing wasn't painful, just felt like pressure and scratching. My follow up appointment was 5 weeks later, after all initial healing and where Brianna did "fine tuning". 60 more minutes of lengthening and widening, and I was amazed by my result. They are a beautiful compliment to natural full brow, but better! If you're fortunate enough to have her do your brows, let the pro do what she does best. She has amazing instincts and her artistry was remarkable. If you can book your appointment today do it. The gal is in high demand. And you want your brows to be healed totally (4 weeks) before summer gets here! I promise you, Brianna is the cosmetic tattoo artist for you! -Sheri

Honestly deciding was the longest part. She explains every step she will be doing so there are no surprises. The needle insertion was so quick- the pain wasn't bad at all. Much better than the traditional piercing gun. $110 for both lobes-cash price. This includes the stud earrings they pierce you with and a small pack of Himalayan salt for disinfecting your ears. Bring cash because the card price is higher. It's pricey but it's what you get working with a professional in a clean environment.

tl;dr: i got two (technically 4 by hole count) piercings here, all got infected…read more i'm very nervous to post this review given how they respond to one star reviews on their google page,,, earlier in 2023, i got my industrial done here. everything went incredibly smoothly in the moment; the jewelry fit fine, i had no pain, and i had the correct anatomy (according to the staff piercing me.) problems arose when i went home and, after a few weeks / a month or two, my industrial got infected. it was, at first, the hole closest to my head, then it spread to the hole furthest; both sides were now infected. this could have just been an industrial issue, given how notorious they are for not healing and giving people problems, but i still put it in here. they also pierced it way too close to my head. i've been to a few different places for jewelry and all have either made comments about it, or have flat out said it should not be that close. my second piercing were my second lobes for my birthday last year. when i sat down in the chair, i was given the option to use a single-use piercing gun or a needle. i asked my piercer something along the lines of "don't those damage the ear?" and he responded by pinching my lobes and claiming "there's nothing there but tissue." not verbatim; it was something along those lines. given it was cheaper to do so, i did not opt for the needle. i will admit this may have been bad on my end, but i was told *this would not damage my ear.* everything was fine up until the third month where my right ear suddenly swelled up bright red. i was told by several people to go to the doctor, where i was prescribed antibiotics; *this* piercing had gotten infected. my left ear was fine, but i would not put it past me to say that one was infected too. while both of these incidents were years ago, i see on their google reviews the owner is incredibly unprofessional and almost petty in regarding bad reviews. i have not posted this in, to be completely honest, fear of the backlash from them. they do not seem like they have changed their attitude nor piercing style (for lack of better terms; how they pierce people). i also want to tack onto this review that my friend got a tattoo here. it's small; it's on her wrist. she was not given any second skin and was apparently just rawdogging it if that makes sense??? i'm not too knowledgeable about tattoos, but that doesn't seem like the proper aftercare for a FRESH tattoo (i'm talking not even 5 hours post tattoo session).
