Dr. Lutchman and Liz are so personable and thoughtful; I have never felt more comfortable in a doctor's office. They listen to you and answer any questions you have while explaining every single step. They're also so kind and easy to talk to. If I could convince everyone to pay them and their business a visit I would!

I received better treatment, in a way nicer environment, than I did at Safe and Gentle for the same cost. This place is expensive, but I do not believe they have the newest and best laser available. In fact, their cooling machine broke on my second visit, and I had the procedure done without. Impressive. I had an issue with their billing, which I explained directly to them. I vote with my wallet, so I will never return to this business. In my opinion, I believe the owners of this company put profit ahead of their customers.
