The piercing process was super comfortable. No complaints there. Fast forward weeks later when I'm ready to change out the jewelry, I couldn't spin the nose ring off. When I was getting pierced, I was told I'm buying one with a clamp and in which I just have to unclamp and take out when the time comes. However, when my husband and I cut it out, there was not a clamp after all. Turns out, it was just a ring with an opening, the opening unfortunately ended INSIDE my skin and did NOT go through my nose anymore. The hole on the inside of my nose closed up however long ago and I had no idea. Had to repierce my nose. read more

I went for a nose piercing today, first impression it's a cute spot the shop is clean. I usually get tensed before a new piercing/tattoo and sometimes a place could amplify that feeling. The absolute worst place to get a tattoo at. Lee did a "cover up" for me, and it's almost like he had no idea what he was doing. He took advantage of the ink, and the area where the old tattoo was is noticeable darker than the rest of the tattoo. Not only was that an issue, but he didn't even cover it completely. I went to 4 different sessions, spend over $600 for him to do a shit job on my body. It's bad enough that he doesn't know how to tattoo, but his little kid was running in and out of the room the entire time, shooting his nerf gun. Honestly, I can't even believe I went back 4 times. I woke up one afternoon from a nap and I just had the urge to get a tattoo. A quick drive from my place and I ended up here. First thing I notice walking in, very clean displays and an all friendly female staff. I haven't had a female tattoo artist before but as soon as I mentioned an anime tattoo they pointed to Raquel. And boy I wasn't disappointed. Raquel went above and beyond trying to nail that right tattoo for me and it came out even better then I hoped. This place rocks! Got a tattoo for my son from sal I went in to get a estimate he told me 250-300$ that was in my price range so I scheduled an appointment I gave a 50$ deposit the day I made the appointment, after he finished the tattoo he told me it was 400$!! Sold the gift certificate to my buddy who goes there all the time, they told hime that it was expired. No where on the gift certificate does it have a expiration date, it does have a date when it was purchased. got my nose pierced here. the whole place feels very unprofessional. the place is a mess, the there's a little kids and a dog running around. After I got my nose pierced, I wasn't given any after piercing care advice, so they weren't very forthcoming or friendly either. I would definitely not recommend it to anyone else. read more

I was tattooed yesterday by Justin. It was my very first tattoo - ever! The place was spotlessly clean even though they had just had a huge event two days before. I admit my design wasn't big or tremendously complicated but I think something small can be more challenging than a large area. Justin was great! I enjoyed talking to him while he prepared and as he worked. The design was a calligraphic symbol with specific thin and thick areas and he nailed it! I'm so pleased with the result, I can't wait to go back for my next tattoo. Justin: You have a client for life! read more

Worst place to get tattooed. Went in for a realistic rose and came out with a rose looking like a kid drew it with a crayon. On top of that Justin the "artist" was getting High with a fellow co-working. I know some tattoo artist get creative and actually do well when they are relaxed and high but not Justin. It was the complete opposite. I will never go back there and won't ever recommend anyone go to that place to get tattooed. read more

I wish 0 stars was an option. I went to get a tattoo on Friday the 13th because they were having pretty good specials. We went around 8pm and it was pretty crowded. A man told us where the line was and to wait for someone to help us. We waited for an hour and a half and still no one even acknowledged our existence. Workers were walking around and fooling around looking right at us and walking away. I've never had that kind of service any where. After almost two hours three other people walked in and were told that they were no longer taking people. So after waiting for two hours standing in line we then over heard they weren't doing any more tattoos. I'm so aggravated that everyone that worked there would not even say a word to us about not taking any more tattoos. What do you think we were there for? It's mind blowing to me that there is service out there like this that 8 workers would straight up ignore customers. When we walked out three workers were sitting outside smoking cigarettes.... and the girl that works behind the counter was fooling around the entire time talking to her friends eating Taco Bell. I have worked in customer service, I have multiple tattoos so I'm confused as why we were treated this way. I will never be coming back here and I will not recommend this place to anyone because the service is despicable. read more
