Gulya and another employee from this service arrived promptly as promised. We did a thorough walk through of the home and discussed the pricing. No different from the conversation I had with the dispatcher/manager on the phone a few days ago. I was happy that they were able to accommodate my short notice request. Gulya delivered a fantastic (clean) home for me. The duo was very efficient and worked well together to ensure the home cleaning was done thoroughly and swiftly. They used a combination of products they brought and what we had available at home. This was done on my request. For example, I wanted them to use the floor cleaning product that I purchased, but they were free to use the surface cleaning products they brought with them. I appreciated this flexibility. The work was spotless (literally and figuratively). I will probably opt for the deep cleaning service next time and I'd like the balcony, oven, garage cleaned as well. Which understandably was not included in the light cleaning service. The price in my opinion is still a little high. I can appreciate the rising cost of products and gas etc. but still a little out of my price range. Will have to save up before next time as the service provided is of higher quality. read more

1st Choice Cleaning - Sparkling clean - Home Cleaning Near Me

Honest review, going to keep it very simple and to the point. Gulya and Ali were an amazing duo. Kept it professional throughout the whole cleaning process. Showed what was done with the best of their abilities. Did a thorough walkthrough at the end. Not once did I see any negativity from them. Again, reiterating professionalism from this company. Definitely recommend. read more

We used their move out cleaning and steam carpet cleaning. First they charged higher than others but based on reviews we went with the quote. The home cleaning was okay but the carpet cleaning was pathetic. The carpet looked as if no cleaning was done. Asked for receipt of the service they provided, even after multiple times reaching them(mike) out receipt was not provided. Seems like they are going out of business and i was the last client they had. read more

Gulya and Aldina did an AMAZING job!! Not only were they personable and punctual, but they were also dedicated to provide the best service they could!! They cleaned every inch spotless!! And I truly mean every spot, I even caught her trying to get spots on the ceiling. If that isn't dedication, I don't know what is! read more

I am a real estate agent and have been looking for a quality cleaning service for my business as well as to refer to my clients with confidence as my previous go-to was not doing the job they once did. I am thrilled to have found 1st Choice. I wanted to get my clients' property cleaned before they moved in and Gulyas and Albina went above and beyond! These ladies are hard workers, communicative, and professional. Thank you! read more

I had the worst of situations, my life was about to fall apart. I had fallen for a girl and had avoided inviting her over to my house because it was a disaster. She gave me 2 days to get my stuff together. Naturally, I am a massive procrastinator. So around 4 hours before she is coming over at 7pm on a Saturday night I am frantically searching for a cleaning service. My hopes were not high on the quality or enthusiasm due to the hour. However, I called Mike over at 1st Choice and he said he would have two people over within 45 minutes and he was not kidding. Nadya and Gulya came over and got my apartment handled in no time. My apartment never smelled so good, everything is organized, Laundry done, Floors mopped, dishes cleaned, carpet vacuumed. The whole time they were cracking jokes with me and we actually had a great time! The bonus of all of this is the girl I am dating is not going to break up with me now. I would have broken up with me if I saw my place. Nadya and Gulya saved my relationship. I mean, it will probably fail anyways but for now all is well! Thanks! read more

Fast, efficient and affordable. I was in need of a cleaning service and a friend recommended 1st Choice Cleaning Services to me. The lady was on time, when she arrived she asked if there were specific areas of my home that I had major concerns with. After, we discussed my cleaning needs, her and her crew got right to work. They were super efficient and fast. I was completely satisfied with the end result. My house looked shiny when they were done. I highly recommend them to everyone I know. read more

We called for a quote around 2pm. Had a scheduled appointment by 3:30. They were very professional. We felt extremely comfortable inviting them into our home. They texted prior to arrival and text when they were close to being finished. We loved how clean our house was. It was a great experience and are planning on scheduling another appointment. I would absolutely recommend 1st choice cleaning services. read more

Great service, I will definitely recommend, responsible, very clean job. I've been work with this company almost 2 years never have a problem. read more

Today Ms Gulya cleaned my bachelor pad. As most middle aged bachelor's, cleaning is not at the forefront of my day. The mental image you're receiving is probably an understatement. Ms Gulya turned my home that I would be embarrassed to have family see to a thing of beauty. She was even hand scrubbing the walls to get rid of the grime build up that went unnoticed until it was clean. To say I'm extremely happy to have contracted this cleaning service is by no means an exaggeration. Thank you Ms Gulya for doing such a superior job. read more

Excellent service. Spoke with Mike on the phone and his communication was clear, professional and very kind! The cleaning service was excellent. They gave ample amount of time for me to inspect the rooms after it was cleaned and any request I made, they fulfilled. The ladies were very professional, I would like to give them a shout out. The service was in the afternoon on May 1st in Del Mar. They had sent me a message prior to when the cleaning was finished and I was late to meet them, but they were very patient and kind when I arrived! I'm very happy with the result, the place was spotless. I will be a returning customer! read more

WOW! We did a 1st time clean today and I can not say enough good things about the 2 ladies we had! Guyla and her sister were AMAZING! The texted when they were on the way (exact time that we were told) and did a walk through of what we needed done then immediately went to work! The results were an amazingly clean house!! We have asked they come back in 2 weeks. read more

Just wanted to say that first choice cleaning service was a great experience for me. They were able to book us quickly and cleaned our apartment beautifully. Very disappointing! They came and did the initial cleaning and did a good job. I hired them to come every other week to maintain the house. They came once. Did a good job, but when the next week came for them to show up, no one came. Nor did anyone call me. Still haven't heard anything from them. read more

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Excellent experience! Nazi and her teammate came on a Sunday afternoon. They were super flexible when my move-out movers didn't arrive on time and were great to stay in touch with me leading up to what became the revised start time. They were VERY VERY VERY thorough doing my Move Out Cleaning and were fantastic working around me and the movers. They noted details I never would have considered like the slightly yellow (from age) sealant around the freezer door and some invisible-to-me spots on a closet door mirror. When they were done, the place was SPARKLING!! They finished in record time and were VERY reasonably priced! I tipped EACH of them $40 and would encourage you to do the same if they are half as great handling your job as they were mine! read more

The ladies were nice & completed what I asked of them. Brought in all of their own cleaning supplies & did an excellent job!

Last minute clean job (move out) and 1st choice came through with flying colors. Working with Maya to coordinate the whole thing she was able to schedule Nadya and Gulya with less than 24 hour notice. The cleaning went extremely well. Very satisfied with the ladies work and professionalism. If we were staying here in San Diego I would absolutely continue to have them come back in a regular basis. They did a spectacular job thank you. Such an overall pleasant experience working with this company and these ladies thank you for saving our deposit!!! read more

An hour late. Not the girls fault, it was poor scheduling done by their manager. They were apologetic when they finally arrived. The manager offered to clean the inside only of my windows at no additional charge to compensate for the time taken out of my schedule. (This was only offered after I complained). They did a mediocre job, nothing to brag about. This was a move out deep cleaning, so my expectations were clearly unreasonable for the $200 I paid. They do not clean walls (don't even ask). Baseboards? Better off doing it yourself. If you are expecting your residence to smell pine fresh afterwards.. I suggest you invest in some Febreze. About that free window cleaning, I had to go back and redo it because it was in worse condition than before. I found it ironic that I had to pay the maids themselves and cash only. I will not be using their services again and I would not recommend them either. read more

1st Choice Cleaning did a great job in cleaning my Airbnb rental. I needed someone quick and they were really able to take care of what I needed with only short notice (not to mention it was also a holiday weekend too!) 1st Choice was highly recommended to me by a friend that uses them regularly. I hired them for a deep cleaning and they did a great job. They Gave attention to details while getting everything done in a timely manner. They covered a lot of ground in the time they spent, and weren't in a rush to leave. I asked for a few touch ups and they did it with a smile. Very nice and friendly staff. I'll be calling them again and will refer them to anyone. read more

We were moving out of a rental home and needed it cleaned on a specific date/time. Everyone was easy to work with to set the appointment, communication was great, and they did an amazing job! I don't think that house was ever that clean! They did a thorough "move out" cleaning and scrubbed everything top to bottom. They showed up on time and finished quickly and were wonderful to work with. I highly recommend them! read more

They seemed a little pricey but man was it worth it the dual they sent out to my property did a great job for cleaning, got into all the crevices and went out their way to make sure I thought everything was clean enough. not only that they were pleasant and hilarious this is a great cleaning service .I would use again if all the employees were like these two.
