Worst cleaners ever if I could leave zero stars I would. They finished cleaning my place and called me nonstop while I was in a yoga class. As soon as I got out I paid them. Went to the house to find this. They are crazy do not hire them. read more

I never leave reviews, but after paying over $375 for a move out cleaning that I could have done myself I felt underwhelmed. Wood floors were left completely untouched, and light fixtures and tops of areas still full of dust. Essentially was just a basic cleaning of kitchen, bathroom and some shelves. The cleaners were nice, but when I came home this just fell below expectation for the price. read more

Way too high price. Cost-increase ($745 to $1,200) without warning, post-service completion. No professional cleaning equipment. Poor explanation of increase. Charged $150/hour for basic cleaning. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Only regret so far in my home buying/renovation is using MagiCleanMaids, very disappointed :( 1 star rating is due to following: Original quote was $745 and then when services completed was charged $1,200. The details in original quote did not any significant difference from what was performed. Price increase was NOT mentioned until services complete, not mentioned during our walkthrough/discussion prior, was not shared with me while services were being performed. Price increase was a blindside increase after services complete. Price point does not match services rendered - no professional cleaning equipment, yet charged $150/hour to clean. House is 3b/2br 1,350 sq. ft, 2-car garage. House has all new floors (except kitchen & baths). New floor was vacuumed/washed post-refinish. No furniture. No carpet. Was quoted $745 then increased to $1,200. I've attached photos showing: - The original inquiry & original quoted amount - Aziz's reply to my inquiry on cost increase - The post-sanding photo of the "construction-zone" - Photos of the entire house pre-clean (Aziz tries to claim this house was "not even clean to some extent" and that's part of why he increased price) - MagiCleanMaid's stated move-out services, which Aziz uses to justify cost increase post-quote You will see in communication that Aziz says the $455 (61%) price increase was attributable to items such as: (1) Standard MagiCleanMaids move-out checklist items (cabinet & wall cleaning), an item included original quote (garage) and window/blind cleaning. (2) He notes "post-construction" site - the floor was re-finished with bagged orbital sander and vacuumed, then washed prior to Aziz's arrival - attached photo to show how clean this was even before vacuuming/washing. (3) He also cites an expectation the house would be "clean to some extent." I have attached here a photo of all rooms prior to cleaning for you to see they are not abhorrently dirty at all - definitely clean to some extent Ultimately, Aziz did clean the house and cleaning was okay, nothing spectacular. There were some disappointments - stains remain on walls/ceiling, left vents off HVAC, left garage sink clogged/full of water, didn't finish garage cleaning & master bedroom still had cobwebs. However, the fact that Aziz thinks the work provided warrants $1,200 and that his justifications are reasonable is downright insulting. read more

Great service from MagiCleanMaid. I called because we have had new construction with many workers coming in and out of the house leaving an enormous amount of dust behind. Aziz and his team completed a deep clean of the entire house, 2 sets of staircases and multiple bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathrooms in record time! Everything in the house smells AMAZING and all the dust is gone. We are impressed to say the least. I will definitely be calling Aziz and his team to come back in a few weeks. read more

Aziz and team at MagiCleanMaid did a wonderful job. Have a foot injury and thought I'd be recovered in time to clean my house myself before a new roommate moved in. Unfortunately at the last minute I had a setback and was unable to walk for another month. I called them on New Years Day!! and they responded within about an hour. Was able to book them for the next day!! They didn't charge me more for the holiday or weekend because of my injury. They did a great job cleaning my neglected house. Super grateful they were so responsive and respectful. They even called when they were running 30 mins late. Awesome customer service and great cleaning. read more

Had to have a deep clean done on my apartment upon moving out; I submitted my info on the MagiCleanMaid website and received a quote within 24 hours. I had scheduled the service less than a week before our move out date and they were still able to accommodate me. Upon their arrival, we were so behind on moving our things out and Aziz (who is awesome btw!) suggested that they come back in a few hours so that we weren't all in each others way. He was very flexible and understood when we said we had some issues with getting our moving truck. When they came back, we were still a little behind but they made it work with us. Aziz was very personable and flexible to our needs. I also appreciated that they require a final walk through of their work. I was not able to stay to do the final walk through, however they allowed for me to leave and for my property managers to come and do the final inspection. I highly recommend using them for move out deep cleaning (or whatever your cleaning needs may be. read more

Aziz and his team were so kind! I currently have a back injury so cleaning has been near impossible lately. They saved our house from every dust ball from our two dogs in every corner. Very thorough job and done in a timely manner. My fiancé even said wow when it was finished and she has high standards for things being clean haha Thanks Aziz and team! read more

I hired MigiCleanMaid to do a deep clean for a rental property by the beach. The place was immaculate and I will be hiring them again and keeping them as our cleaning company for future needs. Very detail-oriented and Aziz and his team were very easy to work with. read more

I run an Airbnb in the heart of Mission Beach and had Aziz and his team for over 6 months, cleaning after every guest. He has done over 50+ cleanings for me and I highly recommend him. His attention to detail was very good; he would notice things out of place and immediately notify me. Having his services was vital for the success of our business and I have never been happier with a cleaning service. I have went through several cleaning companies before him and every one else was sub par. Thanks Aziz! read more

I paid almost $200 dollars for a DEEP cleaning of my bathroom and bedroom, and all they did was vacuum, wipe some things down, and lightly dust. After asking me to review the work they'd done in the bathroom, I asked if Leila could clean the shower caddy in my bathroom. Leila responded that I buy a new one after advising that she wouldn't be cleaning it. My toilet was left with a dark ring underneath the perimeter of the bowl, the sink spout and showerhead were both untouched, and they didn't touch my closet or under the bed. In addition to the poor cleaning job for what was supposed to be a deep cleaning, I was asked to reschedule my appointment to an earlier day/time on short notice and they still arrived almost 2 hours earlier than the confirmed appointment time. I'm incredibly unhappy with this experience as it was both unprofessional and lackluster. If I could get a full refund, I would. I do not recommend. read more

I needed cleaning services for one of my rentals and was referred to Aziz and his staff by one of his customers. They are punctual, do excellent work, and their pricing is fair to say the least. I have dealt with shady cleaning service providers in the past, and I know personally that it is difficult to find one that does good work, is honest, and reliable. I'm happy to say that Magicleanmaid is one of the businesses which I can count on! read more

Fantastic service from Aziz and his team. Highly recommend! My place got extremely dusty and dirty while I was away taking care of family during the pandemic, so I reached out to Aziz to get a deep clean. He promptly returned calls and texts and we were able to easily schedule a time for the cleaning. Aziz and his team were very kind and friendly, arrived at the scheduled time, and they efficiently provided a deep cleaning in a timely manner. The floors and surfaces were shining by the time he left! My place literally smelled SO FRESH, I was stunned! Aziz and his team are amazing, very professional, and I highly recommend to anyone looking for a cleaning service! Absolutely a pleasure to have and definitely plan on calling them again! read more

Aziz was amazing!! I inquired online pretty late at night expecting a response the next morning and to my surprise he responded within 30 minutes!! Excellent!! My daughter moved to Pacific Beach CA and into a kitchen she wouldn't eat in! I live 3000 miles away, so to help from a distance I began my search for a cleaning service. Because of Aziz's reviews and my internal instinct I knew MagiCleanMaids was the right choice. Aziz arrived within one day, punctually and on a Saturday morning to clean. I knew we were off to a good start. My daughter found Aziz and his cleaning staff easy to talk to and kind. Aziz and his crew are the best. They cleaned my rental for move out and I could not be happier. The place was spotless even though it is an older property. On a side note, Aziz made the whole experience great. We had an awesome conversation which made the process that much more enjoyable. That personal touch is missing in alot of business transactions nowadays and it is much appreciated. I am a retired veteran who has found his calling as a culinarian and Aziz is definitely a food lover. Hopefully I can cook a meal for you and your friends and family in the future. Let me know brother. Overall great experience. Thank you!!!!! read more

I set up an appointment with Aziz and his crew for my mom's townhouse. After they left, my mom expressed disappointment that some areas had been left untouched. She noticed that one individual in particular hadn't thoroughly cleaned certain areas of the house, mainly the bathrooms. I reached out to Aziz to relay the concerns and he immediately set up an appointment to come back and make things right. He returned with someone else and they went through the house and cleaned those areas, no charge of course. This is how a business should be run. He was very accommodating, very apologetic and he really cares about his clients and their needs/concerns. It was a little pricey for me at first, but the quality and customer service have made it worth it. If you want honesty, quality and someone who truly listens, then go with MagiCleanMaid. Thank you, Aziz! read more

I have a rental condo in downtown San Diego but live in Minnesota. I hired MagiClean to clean the condo between tenants, and couldn't be happier. Everything was arranged remotely and they were very responsive. Better yet, everything went off without a hitch. They were on time for the cleaning and did an excellent job! I was so nervous because I am out of town and it was a tight schedule, but everything was perfectly executed and the new tenants reported MagiClean had done an excellent job! Excellent work and reliable! I have hired MagiClean again for two more jobs. read more
