We truly cannot say enough about our experience with Your Personal Drivers (YPD)! From the moment…read morewe first inquired about their services, they were incredibly responsive, professional, and clear in answering all of our questions. We booked YPD for both our San Diego airport departure and arrival transportation for a party of seven, and we were so pleased with the experience on both occasions. We were warmly greeted each time, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. The Teslas were clean, spacious, and incredibly comfortable for our group. We had no issues fitting all of our luggage, and we especially appreciated the thoughtful details--each vehicle was stocked with water and snacks, which was such a nice extra touch and made our family feel well taken care of. We also received confirmation texts for both our departure and arrival, and our drivers arrived early each time, which gave us great peace of mind. The booking and payment process was equally smooth, straightforward, and transparent. Overall, YPD made our airport transportation completely hassle-free and enjoyable. We will absolutely be using their services again and would happily recommend them to our family and friends. Thank you, YPD, for making our travel experience that much easier!

The car is super clean and we were offered snacks both times! First time I used him he picked my kiddo and I up to fly oneway, out of Hawthorne (near LAX). Our pickup time was super early, and James greeted us, not just on time, but early (with no rush to us)! He helped us with our bags and got us to the airport safely and on time. The second time we contacted him, it was again for an flight out of LAX. We booked a roundtrip with him, 9-days apart. We flew in and out of LAX...our trip back into LAX was super late and James was right there waiting for us! It really couldn't have been easier! We notified him when we landed and then told him what pillar number we were at and within 3 minutes he was there with a smile again! The convince to have him there to drive us back to North County was great. We were so tired, and to think if we had to get our car from a lot, drive back to SD or stay in a hotel...no way! It was nice knowing we had James waiting for us, to get us home safely! The pricing is totally fair. You pay for great service and for the convince that YPD/James offers. I would recommend this company a 100 times over and will use again in the future!

This was the first time I hired a driving service and I couldn't be more pleased with the results - especially considering how wary I was at doing so, initially. The office was incredibly helpful and their communication was top notch - going above and beyond to answer any questions or concerns I had in a very timely manner. I had a few unique, but small requests, which they were more than willing to accommodate. They even allowed me to bring my two small (crated) dogs with me. It was such a breeze to book my reservation on their website and any question I had, the front office was lightning fast to respond to my query. You receive your initial booking information when your reservation is made and then about 24 hours prior to your departure time, you get your driver info/picture, etc. Stan was assigned as my driver - both to and from - as I requested a long distance round trip. I can't speak highly enough about Stan, as he was extremely kind, helpful, timely and professional. Most importantly, he kept me safe on the road with his impeccable driving. He is an absolute treasure. The vehicle was pristinely clean and so comfortable, which was much appreciated for a long distance trip. It was high class across the board. Thank you Stan for a wonderful trip!! PTK Auto couldn't have made the excursion any better - they did everything they could to make it a positive experience and it most certainly was above and beyond. Do not hesitate to use PTK Auto for your personal driver/transportation needs, be it a short or long distance trip. You will not be disappointed! You aren't going to find anybody better.
