The office was incredibly helpful and their communication was top notch - going above and beyond to answer any questions or concerns I had in a very timely manner. It was such a breeze to book my reservation on their website and any question I had, the front office was lightning fast to respond to my query. You receive your initial booking information when your reservation is made and then about 24 hours prior to your departure time, you get your driver info/picture, etc. Stan was assigned as my driver - both to and from - as I requested a long distance round trip. I can't speak highly enough about Stan, as he was extremely kind, helpful, timely and professional. Most importantly, he kept me safe on the road with his impeccable driving.
