It also includes a lounging area that is easy to move (has wheels) and customize The loft upstairs is kid friendly and the kitchen is the perfect size and space if you plan on using a caterer or home made food/appetizers that need to be heated up. You also have access to your own private restroom upstairs so your guests won't need to walk outside of the double doors and leave the party! Moreover, the sound system is everything you need to host the perfect event. There is also easy parking right in front of the venue that allows you to unload and keep your vehicle near if plan to arrive early in the day. As with any event, photos are a must and this place will be your photographers favorite venue to work at because of the natural light and white walls. In summary, you will have made the right decision to choose this place! Here are some pictures from my sisters surprise proposal that Jeffrey (the owner) took for us at the very end and some other ones!

The most of all, the owner Jeffery and the team were very creative and made the studio into the very welcoming atmosphere. So nice and thoughtful people. They are the best!! So, this studio has one gigantic white wall which we used for a big screen as a projector screen, and the two walls attached with ceiling tall/ massive windows. We started the shower in the evening, so we could still enjoy ample of the sunlight and as the party went into the night, we could enjoy the pictures on this gigantic screen. There is a "selfie booth" in one corner, so guests could take selfies and these pictures were hocked to the big screen. They had good quality microphones as well so we enjoyed Karaoke as well! Food were also amazing.

I love that the space blended itself to be set up exactly as we needed it and then after we were done, went right back to its default state. I definitely don't want to plan any more events soon as I am beyond worn out BUT I would love to host an event here again soon. Not many options for street parking but there is a very cost-efficient lot less than a block away.

Kasia was super quick about answering my questions and writing up a contract for the desired time and date. Jaz who i met when i toured the place was SO nice and helpful in showing me what i would need to do to check in and check out (super easy as well, similar to checking in and out of an airbnb). It's a really nice venue specifically for themed parties (mine was steampunk) bc it really is a blank slate that you can decorate to your taste. My guests were very impressed with the decor and venue. It's nothing super fancy, but it suited my needs exactly and my event was a success! One note that i would do differently and advise others about is bringing additional signage since it is kinda tucked away and also seeing if there will be other events on your chosen date that would impact loading, etc.

He was incredibly responsive throughout the process and remained highly engaged in discussing our plans. =PROS= *Extensive decor included. The package came with beautiful florals and centerpieces, and we were able to view a sample table set up that felt simple yet elegant *Food was included and notably served plated, which is typically an expensive upgrade at many other venues *Clean bathrooms with multiple stalls, which was surprisingly uncommon after touring so many venues *DJ and wedding planner services were already included *Photobooth upgrade was offered at a very reasonable price =CONS= *Very limited parking. We were grateful valet service was included for our larger guest count, but I would strongly recommend this upgrade if not already part of the package *No groom suite. There was a small bridal suite available, though it would feel cramped for anyone beyond just the bride *Limited greenery surrounding the ceremony area. Aside from some shrubbery, there was very little natural scenery and noticeable street noise nearby The pricing was extremely competitive and this likely would have been our choice had I not personally prioritized a venue with more natural surroundings. From both a financial and planning standpoint, this option removed a lot of the usual wedding stress because of how many services were already bundled together. On top of that, Oscar and his team stood out for being exceptionally organized and efficient during both the tour and quoting process.

***This review is strictly re: my COVID-19 Testing experience***…read more This location is a walk-in testing site, and I first heard about from a friend who recommended it because it was so easy. I tried for over a week trying to get tested at a Federal sites via LHI, then tried CVS, also tried Kaiser, and other appointment-based State/County testing sites. Came up empty no matter what day or time I tried. No appointments available. So frustrating. So, I decided to give this location a try even though I don't live in this area and I wasn't sure how "walk in" would work. I'm so glad I did! FAST TURNAROUND: Tested On: Friday Results On: Sunday Turnaround time was just about 2 days! Wow! The other time I got tested at a Federal testing site, it took 3-4 days. HOW IT WORKS: You park in the structure connected to the building. Follow the COVID-19 Testing signs. It's free. Walk up to one of the signs outside the building. Scan the QR Code with your phone camera. It will bring you to the website where you enter the Site Code that is also posted on the sign. Fill in the form. Go inside, present your ID, and go check in. Then, head over to the testing area. Some nurses want you to swab yourself. If you're comfortable with it, go ahead. That's what my husband did. The nurse was really helpful & told him what to do. I did not trust myself, so I asked the nurse to do it & she did it for me. We got our results back at the same time. Makes no difference. I recommend this testing site. We came on a Friday afternoon & there was no line inside whatsoever. After we filled out the online form, the whole testing process took less than 5 minutes. Parking was plentiful.

We were looking for a quieter place to work because all the coffee shops around were busy and too much noise for a meeting. So, we found this location, Tailored Spaces. Danna welcomed us with a smile and then showed us around the co-working level. If you've ever visited WeWork downtown, then you will understand how cramped and hot it can be! I was really shocked at how open it was. The entire open desk floor was SO NICE, organized and spacious with great air flow. Everyone we passed seemed friendly, which helped create a great vibe. There were tons of offices available for rent, from small private rooms to larger rooms. The phone booths were way more comfortable and attractive than at WeWork! And the kitchen? Huge! Fully stocked with snacks, drinks, menus from local restaurants. I think my favorite part of the kitchen was that it had a nugget ice machine in the fridge! I loved the space so much that I came back the next Monday. There was a little more foot traffic but everybody was respectful about noise, especially during meetings. Danna couldn't have been sweeter or more helpful in making sure everyone had what they needed and even highlighted the nice perks that we didn't know about before. Also, I noticed there was a beautiful balloon arch around the Tailored Spaces sign at her desk and she mentioned she created it! Talented and friendly!! The kind of energy and vibe Danna brought to the space is something I think sets Tailored Spaces apart. I will for sure be back next time I am in the area needing a place to get work done. If you are looking for a desk or office space you should definitely check out Tailored Spaces you will not be disappointed. The whole place is extremely clean, open and filled with friendly people. I keep recommending it to all my WFH colleagues and fellow small business owners!

The desks, private offices, and phone booths were all good, plus perfect to get your work done or hop on a call. The pricing is approximately the same as WeWork, but honestly, the winning aspect for me was that this space felt open and was much cleaner. Also, free parking! Kudos to Danna: my wife loved the balloon arch at the front entrance, and come to find out Danna made the arch herself, and people were actually giving compliments about it when they walked in for their tours. I would definitely recommend Tailored Spaces if you need a good place to work. I will definitely be back.
