I've been to a few locations now, but must say that this one is preferred! To start, Ginger, the employee at the reception area is wonderful! She is so friendly and welcoming and really adds to the office experience. You can tell she takes pride in doing a great job and goes above and beyond to treat everyone with warmth and joy. This office space itself is large as it takes up the entire floor of the building. There are many offices and I was lucky enough to have one facing outward with a large window. Wifi is reliable (unlike I experienced at a different Regus location). Parking downstairs is free.

The local office folks is really good, but the upper management and their so called customer service (which is a very loosely based description of their department) can't seems to determined between two of their invoices so now I have to pay ahead of the due date to regain my access. This is poorly run company at the highest level and I truely regret renewing my lease for an additional two years. I will not be renewing at the end of my lease.

The reviews from 10+ years ago are for a different building with different management. They don't do it justice. Present day Ansir has friendly people and management, tons of parking (free with membership and validated at events), AC, meeting rooms, fast Wi-Fi. They also host several high quality business and networking events every week. It's also affordable, especially when you factor in the included mailing address for your business you'd be hard pressed to find a better deal.

Ansir is connected with other businesses such as a massage company and Pangea. You can either drive thru into the parking lot (which has limited spaces) or your park on Convoy (which is still limited). The center is located on the 2nd floor of the building and the entrance is on the side. There are several rooms where you can reserve your meetings. The small room we meet in has a view of Pangea and Convoy Street. The room we typically meet in is a hit and miss. One time we met, the room was sweltering. It was so hot that I thought I was going to pass out. Most of the times, it's fine and the facility is adequate to our needs. Although the chairs could be more comfy... The center is great for small meetings with the downfall of finding parking. What's great about coming here is that it's the heart of Asian food. After the meeting you can hit up any one of the yummy foods in the Convoy District!
