It was kind of pain loading and unloading a lot of my office supplies so I upgraded to a private desk in April and it was the best decision ever. Having a dedicated plug for my electronics and being able to leave paper products and other personal items is great. Other perks I greatly appreciate: spacious conference rooms, unlimited Black/White printing, free coffee, tea, kefir soda and phone booth access. I forgot about fridge access as well. It's nice for me to store some of my breakfast and lunch items for myself instead of running to Trader Joe's or Chick-fil-A every day.

And I've worked out of multiple other types of spaces in between. This is what I can say about NEST: I've never felt as welcomed, and cared for, by an owner as I have here. Darin is truly amazing. He truly cares about his tenants and takes an interest in their businesses. Even though he has a million things going on in his own (multiple) businesses, he makes time whenever it's asked. It may not be the optimal place for everyone. You won't find air hockey tables in the common space or hard Yerba mate on tap. The huge common spaces with rows of desks and rooms of content creators wearing Air Pod Pros and sipping incessantly from their huge Stanley cups aren't here. And the decorating is more cozy and creative than modern and chic. But, if you're looking for a place with responsive ownership who cares, will respond to personal text messages, and wants to do their best to meet your particular needs, check out NEST. The rates are reasonable, the location is great, and you won't find a place more welcoming.

Nikki the manager was nice, showing me the kitchen area and answered all my questions (also buzzed me back into the office from outside the building very quickly). I loved the rooftop where I enjoyed my lunch from a great nearby Thai place (Thai Island, excellent pad thai). They also offer a day pass for the communal area, with telephone booth access for quick meetings. I'd definitely come back here if I'm in town and need a reliable workplace again.

Mission Cowork turned out to be one of the best and most affordable options I found, and I'm glad I chose it. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. There was plenty of space to spread out and work, and I even enjoyed the view from my desk. Yes, there was a freeway out front, but I still found it to be a nice backdrop while getting work done. The complimentary coffee from the fancy machine was a nice bonus, and having a filtered water station available made the experience even better. Most importantly, the atmosphere was quiet, professional, and comfortable. I highly recommend Mission Cowork. It exceeded my expectations, and I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in town.
