I have been a tenant of Regust in Chula Vista since 2017. The staff at this center have mostly…read morebeen very conscientious and supportive of my business and clients. However, the Regus' corporate ethos is the complete opposite. They nickle and dime their tenants with fees that should not be applied to their accounts. They took the power away from centers' staff to resolve issues--and demand that we use the Regus Apps or website, both of which are not easy to navigate and most of the times does not work. They accused me of being late on my lease payments, which is impossible, since the payments are made automatically via my business credit card. Their corporate staff member called me to demand payment. Pulled out the credit card statements that showed the lease payments were charged on my business credit card-- which, I pay off every every month. I shared the statements with Regus via email and provided a copy to center staff. I never received an apology from Regus. It was very easy to sign up for an office space/services with Regus. However, Regus made it very difficult to terminate my lease. My lease ends at the end of August. Notified them in May, that I would not be renewing. They automatically renewed my lease! I never agreed on the renewal. The above are just some of the reasons as to why I did not renew my lease--and why I am leaving.

Unfortunately, the company is morally bankrupt and they seem to be dependent on charging extra fees with no reason. Whenever a request is made for these fees to be removed you are directed into a big corporate machine and end up talking to some poor helpdesk employee in Indonesia that has no chance or authority to waive your fee. I did reach out to whomever I could talk to, but nobody could ever help me waiving the fees I'd been charged. It is a nice space, though, and if you don't mind paying the additional odd fee for no reason at all, this is a great place to be.

Parking isn't easy (unless you have access to one of numerous private lots) but it's not horrible either. This DeskHub location is two stories, with a kitchen area on each level- including free snacks and coffee. It's a very modern building with great decor and a clean look. There are conference/meeting rooms available in addition to all the desks (obviously), and individual 'hub' stations that I imagine are for a person who needs to make calls with a bit more privacy. Oh, and there's a hammock- yes, hammock. I'm not sure if that's for anyone to use or one company owns it, but I was definitely intrigued!

I think every city should have somewhere like this to go to when you need to rent a conference room or if you just need a workspace to call your own for a few hours. Whether you need a space full time or just for a day this place is the perfect spot for you. It's located in a cute neighborhood in San Diego with restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. The bright and spacious layout of the building makes you feel like you're almost in a lounge and not so much an office. I really appreciated the comfortable and modern furniture and kitchen area with coffee, water, snacks and fridge for any food you bring along. The women who work at the front desk were very kind and helpful throughout my time there. Thanks for a great work experience during my business trip to San Diego, Deskhub!

I first discovered SD Made when I booked a scent‑making session with an artist who had her storefront/studio inside the warehouse. I was instantly intrigued and wanted to learn more. That's when I found out they host events, offer coworking spaces, conference rooms, podcast rooms, and rentable studios for artists and creatives of all kinds. I knew immediately this was the perfect coworking space for me as I stepped into my next career chapter. Their pricing is reasonable, the amenities are great, and the people are cool, like‑minded, and welcoming. It's a laid‑back coworking environment -- something surprisingly hard to find in San Diego. Even though I no longer rent a coworking space, I stay connected through their local events and by supporting the artists and creatives who work there. I now come here to buy ceramics, candles, scents, and other beautiful goods. Whether you're a community member looking for fun, free local events, an artist searching for a studio, someone needing a coworking space, or a person wanting to host an event -- this space is amazing. Come be part of the fun.
