Shared on my story . God Bless You and Dorian . Will follow up to a yelp review too . Thank You for the 10% review discount but not neccessary . You provide a extraordinary service with a spotless store , polite and helpful service , always fresh and great tasting water i can taste never mildewy or off tasting exemplifying excellent maintenence of your filters being changed often not cheap I know nor is the water bill but nevertheless you keep your prices good and I REALLY APPRECIATE your having the garafoam bottle rinsers !!! The parking is close and use of your wheeled carts and even offering to carry the heavy bottles exemplifies the highest level of a service . God Bless You , and God Bless Your new Addition . Thank You for giving imperial beach the opportunity to be home for your much needed essential service , CLEAR WATER . makes the best coffee and steamed vegetables . Also having the outside purified water station is invaluable as my schedule is varied . The alkaline water is something I think I might treat us to this week . Fantastic benefits per my own research . I.B. needs you and I appreciate the service provided . Shout out to the young man Dorian who is always positive receptive and helpful . Very polite . Thank You . DEL W. GAINES & SUSAN . read more

I really wanted to love it. However, the water came out boiling hot and spraying all over the place. Maybe next time I will have better luck filling my jugs. read more

My husband and I just got water from here. We got the regular water, not premium and we were super excited to try! but unfortunately the taste of the water similar to sink water. We're not sure why or what happened. We are willing to give it another try, but we probably got a bad batch I guess read more

If you're looking real energized and alkaline water,IB Clearwater is your place - great prices and great service! To be healthy this is 1 place you should add to your list to go to as your body needs their great water! read more

This is a great local business to get water. I run a humidifier in my house every night to sleep. It uses deionized water. I got tired of using all the plastic jugs. Not very environmental. I tried out IB Clearwater's RO water in my humidifier, and it doesn't leave any scale. So now I have my 2-gallon jug that I bought from them for a reasonable price, and the RO water refills are very inexpensive. Friendly people, open every day. I recommend them. read more

Always an outstanding experience! We had been visiting I.B. ClearWater since moving to the area about a year ago. Since the onset of the Corona virus epidemic, I.B. ClearWater has become even more valuable to us and the community. Everyone I have met who works here has been welcoming, helpful, and happy to have a little conversation. There is the warmth of a small-town, small business local vendor that is so positive to I.B. ClearWater. And, during the Corona virus epidemic, they actually lowered (!) prices!! Two dollars for 6 gallons of water. It's a pretty remarkable little place for us to have right here in the Imperial Beach community. As for the product - it's water. But as good as water gets. They offer alkaline and pure water. I just get the pure water -- but it is clean, clear as glass, and tastes about as good as water can. I love this place. Getting excited about a vendor that sells water seems a little irrational but that's how significant my positive experience has always been at I.B. ClearWater. read more

The owners of this establishment are such wonderful people. And the way they take care of their filtration system is impressive! The water is tasty, the items they sell on the side are affordable and the artwork that's in there for sale is so interesting and creative too! Will definitely be going back and am happy to be supporting a local small business like this! read more

Went in today as a first timer as I'm new to the area and what a great experience! Carl took the time out to break everything down for me so I could make an informed decision and he threw in a first time buyer discount. They also clean the bottles and caps with ozone before filling them up I'm. I'm all about supporting local small businesses and I'm happy I made the choice to stop by IB clear water. Thanks Carl! read more

This is the best water store in IB... in San Diego and most likely in the world. The owners Carl & Sherri are a lovely couple with 3 generations of cute pugs. I met Thor he's one of the pugs that frequents the front of the store to greet the locals. With quality options as far as alkaline and or spring water at great prices what more could we ask for, they're so helpful too. Wonderful service in a wonderful neighborhood. I love this water store and especially how close it is to Home read more
