Found this place when trying to refill rather than "swap" a 5-gallon purchased at wally-world (aka Walmart) as this place had great yelp ratings and $1 per gallon for Alkaline water. Can't beat that. I buy a case of alkaline water for over $10 at Sam's. The staff is always quick, informative and friendly! It really is super easy and quick to fill up, you can pay and fill up or fill up and pay. They do offer a rewards-ppint based system with just your phone number! While it is a bit of a drive, we like that they do not close early and it is cheaper than Sprouts Alkaline water. Not too mention, come after hours.... no problem there are 2 self-pay credit card enable fountains in the front of the building!!! I need to remember that, as I always forget! Give them a shot if you are looking for a cheaper alternative to bottled water. They offer their own jugs for sale (empty) and did you lose your top? No worries, buy one from them! Make a wattttery mess? Dont sweat, they have towels, just don't mix up the clean with the dirty! Need to rinse out your jug, they got you covered too! If you are looking for a water store, you are taking a gamble here. It's been about 1 year since the last customer review and A LOT has changed. Anyone who understands water would be happy with a 5 gallon of alkaline water for $5. The point system used to be easy and rewarding. Then they changed the system and made it harder to for anyone to get prized for being a regular customer. That was all manageable. I just cared about the water quality. Then that was slowly ruined until a month ago. After trusting them for a year, I didn't want to believe it. I thought the weird taste was from the 5 gallon jug that needed to be cleaned. Sergio confirmed that a staff member indeed had been forgetting to turn on the filtration system. He admitted that several customers called in to report that the water tasted like hose water. Paying customers were in fact purchasing unfiltered water. Sergio gave us free water to try and compensate for the trouble. I thought all was well but just last week the alkaline water again tasted like a salt water rinse!! So if you are looking for a water store, pay at your own risk I went again today to see what's going on. But unfortunately Acqualine lost me as a customer after Sergios wife who doesn't even work there closed the door on me after she saw me walking in at 9pm. Very clean establishment and friendly staff. Being up early to run errands this store was great because other water stores don't open until 10-11am and this was open at 8am! Walked in and even though it was still morning I was greeted and met, Joanna, with a cheerful smile and a breakdown of what they offer and how the machines worked. I was worried due to the name it would not have any purified water as that's what our family normally drinks, but luckily they offer a single spout of it, while the rest were alkaline water (5-6 spouts inside as well as the 2 outdoor dispensers). Glad to have come across this place in one of the mailer adverts, prices are reasonable and comparable to others. You can even pay by card if you don't often carry cash and no more need for loyalty punch/stamp cards as it's all tied to your phone number (if you wish to sign up). read more

This place is great! $5 to refill my 5 gallon bottle with alkaline water. Lydia that helped me was amazing great customer service and she saw that I am pregnant and helped me put bottles into my car for me. I definitely recommend them.
