My tap water reads at 384. As it turns out, the Brita I've used for years barely filters out anything (264 TDS), and the ZeroWater I bought to replace it worked great, but barely lasted two weeks before the TDS reading indicated I should replace the filter. This water store is local, affordable, and has been there for years. When I tested the water, I found it had a 001 TDS rating, which is what the Kirkland bottled water I tested also measured at. On my first visit, I went inside and purchased a new five gallon jug for $17, then the gentleman working there helped me rinse it out and fill it at the sink. It's $3 for five gallons and I paid with Venmo to avoid debit card fees. He said if the store is closed, you can use the water dispensers outside to fill your jugs. I haven't tried the outside dispensers yet and don't know if the TDS measures the same, but am so far happy with this arrangement and love the fresh, crisp tasting water.

I have used Primo machines many times and never had an issue. I would definitely not use Watermill again.

We also love being able to drink clean water from any faucet in our house. Taste is great too. Seeing what was still getting through our filtered tap water was eye opening and all I really needed to make the decision. Even seeing the comparison with bottled water was crazy. Also the 10 year supply of Pure and Gentle soaps, shampoos, cleaning supplies, etc. that come with it is awesome and they have great scents. I guess people don't really know what they're missing out on until they see how bad their water is and have something to compare it against and now that we've bathed in it/consumed it for over a year, there's just no comparison. We can't imagine life without it. Mikey and Michael are great guys that clearly have a passion for their product. Definitely recommend making the investment.

We are happy with the system, the 2 things we're really disappointed in was the scheduling of installation & cleanliness of the install. Scheduling seemed like a breeze until the day of. No call no show. I had to call 2 numbers numerous times to ask if someone was coming. The plumber had a personal medical emergency in their family which we were completely understanding of but what frustrated us was when we reschedule there were so many miscommunications. I rescheduled it with one person for my husband to get a text from someone else saying they can't do it. When I tried to call back - no answer. When I finally got ahold of someone they had a different date scheduled. When I told them what I scheduled it was such a round about scenario where we just wanted to cancel. We finally got a call from the owner who nailed down a time a day. Installation took about 4 hours or so. The plumber came at the time scheduled but left for almost an hour to get fittings that would fit. When he started it was pretty straight forward. The disappointing part was the lack of cleanliness and the mess that was left after. I went to use the sink and when I ran the garbage disposal, it sounded like rocks & glass. We found the piece of granite he cut to install the RO drinking system by the sink inside the garbage disposal. Our front yard had cut pieces of pipe in our plants along with metal pieces all over the garage, and driveway.

Some of these reviews go back almost a year complaining about this exact problem. So clearly they know about it and are purposely not fixing their machine to steal from their customers. I called multiple times since they were closed during business hours. No one ever called me back. The one detractor is the information I have received when it comes to using fresh n' clear, being initially told when I first started coming to the store that I only needed to use 1 tablespoon 15 minutes before entering the hot tub and 1 tablespoon afterwards. The next time a different person told me that I could just use 1 tablespoon afterwards. The next time a different person told me that I couldn't go wrong with the amount of fresh and clear that I used, and could use 5 tablespoons if I chose to. While all of these answers may be correct, it is confusing. Nonetheless, I appreciate you because I've learned and I thank you and will continue to learn.
