I had been using the glacier machine across the street at sprouts that was really getting old and dingy but noticed this new cool looking machine on my way out of sprouts and decided to test it out. I ran into the technician while filling up and he showed me on the spot how clean this water is with a testing gadget he had on him and he also taught me how important water quality is.... stuff I did not think twice about before. Surprisingly it's also a local company so I'd like to give local businesses my support. I will always fill my water here from now on. I have been using it now for several months and I appreciate that the machine is always clean and shiny looking. It only took me about 30 seconds to fill up my huge water jug too.. Quality is A1. We put 5 dollars in the water machine to fill up our 5 gallon bottle. It took all the money and only gave us 1 gallon of water. Some of these reviews go back almost a year complaining about this exact problem. So clearly they know about it and are purposely not fixing their machine to steal from their customers. I called multiple times since they were closed during business hours. No one ever called me back. You should be ashamed of yourself stealing from the same people who are trying to support your business. Karma is real, remember that.
