It started malfunctioning. I went to the store and they told me to contact the manufacturer. Fair enough. I do just that, however, clear as day on the manufacturer's site it says that the retailer is responsible for exchanges within the first 6 months when outside the US. So why did they not know that? I would learn it was because they would try desperately to not honour that. I went to say that I was informed to return it to them, and they again said no, I had to contact the manufcaturer again and get a ticket number. However, all of this was conveyed from some twit in the backroom send another gentleman back and front like a well trained puppy. It was all I could do not to laugh which was perfectly balanced with my disgust at how I was being treated. At that point I said thank, but no thanks and walked out the door. One of the best vape shops…read more It was a bit hard to find, but it's in the plaza right off woodbine and 14th. We went in to find some good juices, and the prices are insane - $15 for 30ml juices. Whaaat!? The juice is strong and DEFINITELY juicy. It also doesn't leave that burnt taste at the back of your throat like a lot of cheaper juices do. They have a whole bar where you can try - no pressure from the sales representatives. You can try as many as your heart desires.. or until you get lightheaded. Their flavours are some of the smoothest and best I've had. They also have a deal right now (or maybe always) buy 5 juices, get 1 free. Their prices are extremely reasonable, not only for juices, but for the vape setups and mods as well. I've asked around many shops and another shop sold the exact same thing for $150ish, while nyx's setups went for $95-100. I may come here for a new vape soon... The guy that helped us is super helpful and friendly, which is important extremely in these kind of shops. He even offered us a membership program - points for everything bought. These reviews made me a bit skeptical at first - how can a shop receive such positive reviews!? I definitely thought there was some scam thing here.. but no, apparently they didn't even know about their yelp. Keep up the good work, guys!

Recently, the supply chain went sideways (yay for pandemics....) and I spoke to Jon several times about it. The first time, he didn't hesitate to release more to the online store, but the second time he was incredibly apologetic. But he was honest and accountable too(which should mean a lot to whoever is reading) in explaining what happened and gave me a timeline of when to expect more. Also, quad berry is the shit. Haven't vaped anything else in like 5 years. If you like sweet/fruity flavor, this is a game changer

I was sold…read morecounterfeit pods, spent $72 on 3 packs and threw them out because they were practically useless. Who knows what was even inside them. The packaging looked exactly the same on the outside, but I was immediately drawn to the foil on the inside which was a completely different colour. I didn't think anything of it until I pulled the cover off the first pod, and the entire top of the pod came off as my JUUL started flashing yellow and wouldn't accept them. Fooled. This happened to the second pod, and when I finally managed to get one to work the flavour profile was completely different of the 3rd and 4th. All I smoke is Virginia Tobacco and these tasted like some sort of cake. Incredibly disappointed with this store. I wasn't given a receipt so I couldn't return them. Waste of your money, don't shop here.
