On a Sunday evening they stated that the coils had already been shipped. Eventually they admitted that it had not been shipped but only picked. They were not willing to take the time to pull my order from the top of pile and make the exchange. This they stated "would take hours" and invited me to come do it myself. I will never deal with this company again. They do not care about the customer only their bottom line.

Last night I bought a bong from them…read moreand after the first hit I felt something was off with it, I cleaned the bong and found out it had a manufacturing defect as shown in the photos. I took it back to the store in less than 24hrs and man were I hugely disappointed! The requests I made were very sensible, they were either: 1) Repair it, 2) Exchange it, 3) Refund me. They said nope can't do any, we will refund you only 65% of the original price and take the bong back from you because you used it, and btw I was the one who honestly admitted using it for one hit only, although I cleaned and dried it really well, there were no traces or smells left whatsoever, and I could have kept that piece of information to myself. I refused to give it back to them and settle for less than the full price because I know they will put it back on the shelves and try selling it to another customer. I kept trying to reason with them in the most logical way but nothing, in the end the guy chased me out of the store and told me he has work to do and I was wasting his precious time, I asked for the Manager's number he said cannot give it. I was very disappointed at their lack of professionalism. If there are negative stars I'd give them. And again avoid them at all costs!!! I vape too, and I believe I dodged a huge bullet here.

Recently, the supply chain went sideways (yay for pandemics....) and I spoke to Jon several times about it. The first time, he didn't hesitate to release more to the online store, but the second time he was incredibly apologetic. But he was honest and accountable too(which should mean a lot to whoever is reading) in explaining what happened and gave me a timeline of when to expect more. Also, quad berry is the shit. My vape got ceized by security in the Dominican Republic as they are not allowed in your luggage. I believe that the customer service rep (a Russian guy) knew this and that is why he was looking at me odd. I called him when I was back in Toronto and said we could recify this situation if I was able to get a replacement unit at cost. He was unwilling to accomade me. Really, really sad and really disappointed.

The owner was helpful and spent some time with me pointing out the various brands they carry and recommending me what to try. Lots of accessories and there isn't sales pressure. They do accept credit cards. If I am in this area of town I wouldn't mind making a purchase here.
