So you are looking to quit smoking and/or get into this "vaping" scene. You start looking online,…read moreand see all these cig-a-like brands with amazing reviews (as sites pay other sites for great reviews). You will likely try them, and if you are lucky to receive your package from customs, you will be intrigued ... but not satisfied. You will then go looking for more. More clouds. More taste. More trust in components and liquids. At this point, you will look locally as you recognize shipping costs add up and time is precious, and when you do, I can't recommend The Vapeshore enough. Wes and his guys?fam? have started a great store here on the west side of Toronto/Etobicoke (which is at the bottom of Brownsline and the Lakeshore, not where google thinks it is). I have been to a couple stores here in Toronto (more downtown focused), there are some good ones (like EZ Vape) and some of which offer cheap chinese components rebranded with their label. However, Vapeshore is a step above. Here you will have great customer service, with Wes willing to teach you the in and outs of the vape scene. It is all very laid back, and other customers/regulars/pros will likely be there and are a fountain of information as well. Vapeshore stocks all the e-cig hardware (and mods) that you need to get started or advance your collection, and offers a host of liquids from top Canadian brands--which frankly blew me away (after ordering from top US brands, waiting forever, and paying more only to realize the Canadian scene is far further along than I ignorantly assumed). Come to the Vapeshore, sit down, ask questions, sample top juices. Listen to what they teach and you will be closing the door on tar/arscenic and opening one to endless tastes and clouds. (Their website is under construction, but there is more info on their facebook page https://www.facebook.com/TheVapeshore/timeline)

I was hoping for a menu that showed the juices and what they consist of but they only had the names of them on the evod tanks for sampling, and no explanation of the flavor. the bottles were behind the counter and couldn't really see them or the labels. I use an RDA, asked for some samples to test/drip and they only had 6mg or higher nicotine when I just wanted zero. The staff were friendly and it was a pretty nice shop but there could be some improvements. I came to buy some good e-juice and left empty handed. Most likely won't return.

I brought someone in to get everything-vape kit, liquid and they were superb at explaining how the vape kit and liquids work. I've been vaping for a few years and learned new things from them. They were patient and helpful answering questions. I went back to buy juices and they were uber helpful in getting flavours I'd like, thanks guys! I'm not getting any compensation from the company- they have an amazing deal. 3 big bottles of 60ml for only $89.19! That's $30 for twice the usual 30ml! Their prices are very competitive- I paid more for my vape kit and liquids elsewhere. I'd definitely recommend this location and Ben and Diego for your vape needs! Cheers guys! Angela

I took it back to the store in less than 24hrs and man were I hugely disappointed! The requests I made were very sensible, they were either: 1) Repair it, 2) Exchange it, 3) Refund me. They said nope can't do any, we will refund you only 65% of the original price and take the bong back from you because you used it, and btw I was the one who honestly admitted using it for one hit only, although I cleaned and dried it really well, there were no traces or smells left whatsoever, and I could have kept that piece of information to myself. I refused to give it back to them and settle for less than the full price because I know they will put it back on the shelves and try selling it to another customer. I kept trying to reason with them in the most logical way but nothing, in the end the guy chased me out of the store and told me he has work to do and I was wasting his precious time, I asked for the Manager's number he said cannot give it. I was very disappointed at their lack of professionalism. If there are negative stars I'd give them. And again avoid them at all costs!!! I vape too, and I believe I dodged a huge bullet here.

Can't say that as of lately, because the new staff, one in particular, is overly pushy and just makes me feel super uncomfortable. You can't push a product on me, or the amount of e-juice, if I don't want it. I've mentioned more than once that I'm trying to quit vaping, yet that has fallen on deaf ears. This staff keeps stooping down to shaming and ridiculing me for not buying MORE and saving myself a few dollars because it's more for less. Well, I have also made it very clear that if I have more on me I vape it faster. That doesn't help me quit, it just helps him make more sales. Pretty shitty attitude there lately. As much as I will miss the cool staff that I've gotten really decent service from for years, I am now going to other locations. I don't like being shamed and ridiculed for not buying MORE. Irritating. Like a deep inhale of a burnt coil...
