She balanced the right level of information with appropriately thoughtful questions to set me up with the most suitable solution. I came away satisfied with my purchase, and perhaps more important feeling good about my decision to visit DashVapes. I was conscious of the surroundings during the process and noticed the staff was extremely courteous with the customers that came in, from more experienced clients to a young man who was completely new to vaping. While there is a no return policy on tanks, after seeing the issue, the owner's made it right, and I'm now super happy. Being a new vaper, I've wandered into many of the durham region stores, and this is my go to store. They carry all the latest products, and very knowledgeable in the gear they sell.
