I been smoking for over 10 years, and finally decided to quit. walked into this wonderful place today and fell in love. A couple named Maria and Dave are the owners. They are very friendly, informative, and know their products. Best part is they have been vaping themselves for 4 years! Dave helped me with all the flavors, and Maria told me told me to take my time and not rush. They also hired this very cute girl and are training her. Layla helped me with choosing a nicotine strength, and the proper accessories. She got me to start up with a starter kit, which has two batteries two tanks, and filters. I paid $70 for the starter kit, and $40 for 3 , which should last me couple months, which I would save $450 minimum.(wow smoking is expensive lol) . Now the good part is the juices are quality controlled, and made in Canada. Layla helped me with the technicals of the e cig, and as of today I have officially quit smoking. The place has a wonderful atmosphere, and very cheap prices. I shopped around a bit and found out this place has the best prices, for the hardware. It's always quality over quantity, when it comes to saving your health. I would most definitely recommend this to anyone sick of smoking a cancer stick!!! I highly recommend this place to newbie vapers, newbie rebuilders, and experienced pros. Every part of my experience was just awesome & I couldn't be happier with my juice or hardware! I've been vaping for about a year, and was accustomed to having to order everything online, but this experience was far superior & the prices were even better with no shipping charges tacked on. I got to get a good look at, and feel for the products I was interested in, the staff had incredible knowledge and didn't make me feel the least bit inferior. I got my first mod & rebuildable atomizer or RBA, they went over every aspect of my first build and made sure I knew what I was doing, had done my own research, and was going to be safe. I got the iTaste SVD 2.0, and the Svo Mesto Kayfun 3.1. Both are AMAZING products that suit my vaping needs perfectly. They also recommended the perfect dose of juice, which was even lower than I had intended but worked out way better for me. They threw some free cotton into my order even though I had intended to use silica for my build, which was insightful and generous since I ended up going with the cotton, and were also very cool about my son wolfing down so many of their cupcakes while I shopped. I cannot recommend this little gem enough. Having just started vaping back in the Uk, I found myself here in Toronto for a couple of months and within a week managed to break both my tanks and run out of juice. If you are a true vaper, then THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE TO GO IN TORONTO. Truly. Any other vape shop in toronto is for vaping weed, and will look at you blankly if you start asking for drip tips or cartomisers. Unlike many vape shops ive been in, these guys genuinely understand their products, have a fantastic selection of mods and e juices and most importantly are incredibly friendly. Vaping has very rapidly become a 'cool' thing to do, but if i have to talk to another ridiculously moustachioed, birkenstock wearing hipster, i might cry. The guys in the emporium put you at your ease straight away, stick a fresh coffee in your hand and talk through what you need. Five stars? id give em ten if i could.. And guys- Rick was so right. What a pleasant change from the usual e-cig shops around downtown and midtown which feel like fly-by-night operations, run by unknowledgable and grumpy staff. Ecig Flavourium is bright and cheerful. They have a huge stock of hardware and flavours. I started with so beginner hardware with them and now use a giant 2000maH battery that can recharge my cell phone and has a built-in flashlight! You can taste test any of their 100+ flavours. Maria, Dave and Layla are always so friendly and greet you by name. They are knowledgeable about their products because they have used them all. You are welcome to hang out on the couches in their lounge and have a coffee and cupcakes while vaping and watching TV. I live downtown and it's a 25km round trip for me on my bicycle. I have been there 4 times this summer and I will not shop anywhere else. read more

These two know what they are doing. Superduper friendly and helpful, committed to transitioning habitual and chronic smokers to e-cigs. They sell vapes and juices (70/30 pv) that are produced in Canada at reasonable prices, and their 'tasting bar' is a great idea (don't worry you get yer own disposable mouthpiece so its all hygienic) which allows you to sample out of the fifty some flavours they have. The mint is boss - tastes just like a menthol. Prices are alright - there's tons of juice variety and more economical 'deals' to be had online for those willing to look, but meet and greet these guys and you'll want to give them your business - the customer service angle and genuine enthusiasm these guys give off is infectious and makes me want to support their growth. read more

These guys may have, literally, saved my life!! I was a 40+ years smoker of strong, cheap cigarettes. Really surprised I've lasted this long, to be honest. I walked in to their Beaches location and the attendant there (Jason/Justin/Jesse .. sorry, I'm horrible with names) was ABSOLUTELY amazing at explaining everything, answering all my questions, and providing me with samples to show me how close to smoking the process of vaping really is. I WAS AMAZED!! For the first time since I started smoking, I've now been 1 full week without a cigarette, and absolutely no cravings because the vape is so similar. I just quit smoking, but need a bit of a crutch. I did a bunch of research and came up with an inexpensive solution. When I started looking around the neighborhood for a good vape shop, The Ecig Flavorium kept popping up and the reviews were all so positive. Tonight, I stopped by and was absolutely blown away by the customer service. Maria was so helpful, she showed me everything that I needed to get started and also walked me through setting up the ecig right there before she let me leave the shop. She was also very supportive about my quitting smoking and explained how I could step down the level of nicotine in the vape as I went. A fantastic vape shop!!! I've been a customer of the Flavourium since mid-December '13 and have nothing but great things to say about the entire team. They have a large selection of hardware if/when you're ready to move up from the starter-kit (I've been using my first starter kit batterie(s) for 8.5-months until I broke them), and a ton of honest knowledge and direction. I was back home in Toronto visiting and ran out of JUUL pods, so I emailed the ecig flavourium to see if they had any. Dave got back to me super quick, gave me the full back story on why they're not available in Canada and recommended the Bo One instead - and so happy he did! Absolutely incredible. Very unassuming place with a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. I really wanted to understand what a vape shop actually offered compared to ecigs I've seen at gas stations. Consider myself a newbie. Absolutely made the right choice. I had a thorough explanation of how the different devices work and ended up with a starter kit that really works and completely blew my mind. I love this place! So glad I went here for my Vaping needs. Maria and Dave are amazing and so helpful, when I get asked about my vape I always tell them to go here if they wanna make a switch.
