I've probably been shopping here for three years now and have always liked the fact that they're just around the corner from my office. This place is stocked full at all times from the sounds of it. I order a lot of things at the last second and have never had to wait more than hour till my order is ready for pick up. Prices are decent and you get a discount if you join their "club". I won't lie, I don't know much about the club itself but I do know that it saves me money. Their staff are always helpful and honest in their recommendations which means a lot to me. I think that's how you grow a business. Lying to customers just to sell crappy merchandise means you might make one good sale but being honest and helpful brings people back in the shop.

The secretary was quite inviting. However I did find the office a bit small and sterile but I guess it's a doctor's office. The Doctor was pleasant. He was informative and seemed to ask quite a few questions to see if he could help me and provide more information. What I did not like about the office is that you have to pay for parking because it's technically part of the hospital parking even though it's a separate building. I would recommend or re-visit Dr. Leith in the future.

As I write this we are still dealing with the covid-19 pandemic, and as a result non-essential stores are forced to take other measures to service their customers such as online ordering and delivering via a third-party delivery service. Approximately two weeks ago I placed an order for some items which, to this date had not been delivered. Absolutely not the fault of Dickson's BBQ Center. After several Communications with the delivery company both on my part and on Dickson's part, they personally made sure that not only did I get what I ordered but I got a little more because of the inconvenience caused, and the items are now in my possession. These guys are doing a tremendous job under extremely difficult circumstances and at the very least they deserve a glowing review. Their customer service really is second to none. Great job, all of you!

They have seven rooms with multiple technicians on-site, unlike other centres that may only have a few technicians per day. They're also open seven days a week, which makes scheduling much easier. I originally had a requisition for ODC, but after reading less-than-great reviews across their many GTA locations, I preferred to avoid a potentially traumatic experience. I called Trinity directly and was able to book an appointment right away for two ultrasounds and an X-ray. Maha performed my ultrasounds and was very kind, professional, and clearly experienced. I appreciated that I didn't have to change into a gown -- I only needed to uncover the specific areas being examined. In the past, I've had to wear awkward gowns and wait in shared rooms with strangers, so this was a much more comfortable experience. You're taken directly into the room, and it's just you and the technician. Gerard assisted me with my X-ray, which was done fully clothed and efficiently. Overall, the experience felt respectful, private, and well-organized. I also loved the fish tank in the reception area -- the fish seemed very content and it was a calming, thoughtful touch. Nice touch, Trinity Medical!

My husband went to this clinic to get a referral for an ophthalmologist due to his double to…read moremultiple vision he has been experiencing for the last few months. During the meeting with the optometrist Dr Cho who was suspecting glaucoma, my husband made it clear that his ophthalmologist regularly checks glaucoma every year and the result this year showed no signs of glaucoma. Today, my ophthalmologist office called my husband could not see him, because he is clear from glaucoma, which the referral by the optometrist shows the reason for the referral is 'glaucoma'. Dr Cho did not listen and just put his personal assumption in the exam report. I am very disappointed. Also I found out this referral was not sent until yesterday, 4 weeks after our visiting the optometrist. Not matter of disappointment. It amounts to negligence to a person with serious vision issues.

If you don't purchase contacts from them they will immediately become cold and give you poor service. Don't even try returning your products. You will get the cold shoulder.
