Very happy to say that is not the case here. I was greeted upon walking in and the associate, Angelo, came right over to offer assistance. I knew what I wanted in terms of juice but then brought out my devices, which I didn't buy from them, and asked for help on several issues I was having. He was patient and very forthcoming with tips, advice and all kinds of helpful information. It was greatly needed and appreciated. I like to learn but I also want to know why this is good to do or this is not good to do. He happily answered all of my questions. It was quite the hike for me to get there but I wouldn't hesitate to go back. Lucky you if you're near this great place. Highly recommended. Thanks for your wonderful selection (you're the only place I found who had what I wanted, Cookie Butter - SO good!!!) and your great service!

I came into the vape shop, bought two 60ml of juice (0 and 3 nic levels) and bought a bottle to…read moremix the two nicotine strengths. I sat down in the shop and filled up bottle with all of my juice (75 dollars worth). I then proceeded to fill the juice from the bottle into my tank. As I was doing so, the employee working there saw the bottle cap pop off as I was filling it into my tank. I got him to test test squeeze the bottle they sold me again to make sure it was the reason the juice had spilled (even thiugh it was obvious) and it popped off for a second time! ALL the juice was wasted. Both employees working there understood the bottle was faulty and decided to call their boss to come up with a solution. Shortly after that, one of the employees handed me the phone and the boss clearly stated the following: "I heard you were complaining. GET THE FUCK OUT OF MY STORE!!!". This was followed with more profanity, even though I had a calm and courteous demeanor throughout the entire conversation and during the mishap. I responded by wishing him and his employees a happy holiday and calmly left. Another issue I had when I first went there... I bought a mod from them and straight out of the box there was a giant air bubble on the glass. I came in the next day with the unused mod since the store said they had a 30 warranty on their mod. I very kindly asked to replace the mod with one that did not have a defect. The owner aggressively refused. After calming down, he tried to fix the issue with the glass but ended up breaking the entire unit. At this point he reluctantly offered me a credit to use on something else in the store (because he broke it and had no other choice). It is obvious that the owner of this shop is a very angry individual with no respect for his customer base, especially considering how civil I was with him. Other vape shops have actually warned me about how unpleasant their experiences have been with the owner of wicks and wires is and refuse have also refused to give them any business. P.S. I am not over exaggerating whatsoever, if anything I am understanding how horrible my experience was with them. I would like to warn people that although your experience may be pleasant, it is because your are giving enough money to the owner without the need of any real customer service. Please consider this: would you really want to help someone make money that treats people so disrespectfully and has such a poor character? Also consider that their prices are much higher than other shops such as ace vaper and dash vapes for just about everything (juice, hardware, coils, etc.) Do yourself a favour, STAY AWAY!!!
