IF YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT VAPING/ ARE NEW TO VAPING READ THIS REVIEW I have tried to quit smoking (1 pack a day smoke for 13years) by trying out vaping 3x in the past and was never able to get how the whole thing works or understand how to properly make the transition. So, when I decided to give it another shot I went to another Vape store in Mississauga - BAD idea. I was pressure saled, up-sold and not given any guidance whatsoever or explanation on how to vape properly or care for my device (this led to me burning a coil a day for two days). I then tried another Vape store, there, I was again persuaded in a direction I didn't want to go into and ended up with extremely low quality e-juice which tasted like pure chemicals. Now about VAPE 180 and Cory in particular From the moment I walked into Vape 180, it wasn't like the other Vape shops I had been to. I can compare the experience to walking into a high end store where they don't have sales people, but rather have consultants. Cory listened to what had happened with me and became solutions focused and educated me on absolutely everything that I should have been educated on when I first bought the MOD at the other Vape store. Keep in mind that at this point, I hadn't purchased anything. His passion for vaping and for helping me really feel good about the decisions that I was making are quite honestly second to none. He went the extra mile far beyond anything I would have expected and today, I could not be more satisfied and continue to feel great knowing there are genuinely great people in this world who love what they do and share their passion with others through kindness, consideration, attention and care. I am really confused about the reviews on here and would like to suggest to readers that I've been in Vape 180 3x and have never witnessed anything they mention. I've never felt more welcomed and at home in a retail store right from the get go than I have and continue to feel like at Vape 180. Cheers! read more

This location is great, very convenient as it is near a subway as I work in the area. The employees are very helpful, friendly, and provided me with amazing customer service from beginning to end. I've been to this location several times and they consistently are updating\renovating and making the place look great! They provide customers with a stationary area in which you can try all the flavours. They have displays of the vapes\Vapourizers with prices labelling each device which is great for those who are just browsing. They also had charts about the vapes and the flavours and what they contain which is great for those who did not do any research before going into the store. The prices are moderate compared to other over priced vape stores. Often the store (online and in-store) have some sort of promotion going on such as buy 2 juices get a 3rd one 50% off which is great! The employees provided me with accurate information and also demonstrated and took their time to explain the device and the functions of the devices and how it works! The store is always clean and organized and demonstrates a presentable image...This store is reliable as well as is employees helpful with any issues that come across with my vape. They often can fix the problem on the spot. I've referred multiple co-workers, friends and family members to this location and they were also impressed with the customer service provided as well. After doing a lot of online reviews I stopped in 180 Smoke to ask some questions about upgrading my Aspire Nautilus to a sub ohm tank. The staff was busy assisting other customers with device maintenance and questions so I browsed the store. Alissa apologized for the wait and let me know she would be with me shortly. I've spent a number of hours doing online research about what to purchase for my first sub ohm tank and felt I just needed to talk to someone with more experience than myself (I've only been vaping for a year and a half or so). Alissa answered all of my questions based on her knowledge of the products, what sells what and was honest about the 'quirks' of some devices. I wasn't forced into purchasing insanely expensive items and she helped pick something more towards my needs. I ended up spending more to future proof my purchase. Aside from being extremely helpful the overall customer experience was great (friendly, patient managed my multiple mind changing moments). I was worried about the version of RBA that would come with the newer tank (as the second version was actually better than the third on this particular model) and she was even able to locate the RBA I wanted and threw it into my package at no extra cost. There's a good variety in juice flavours but limited brands. I find this pretty normal for smaller Toronto vape shops though. If the rest of the staff is as great as Alissa was I would definite be a return shopper. read more

As a beginner to vaping, I had checked out 180 at the corner of bloor and islington. As soon as you walk into the store there is a great atmosphere. Everyone there was extremely friendly and jumped to help me on picking out a bundle. Mitchell had helped me out with the purchase of a eleaf kit and it was more than an excellent recommendation. He helped me set it up and let me know what problems/issues to expect with the device and the warranty. It is now a month into my device and there are no problems he did not cover and I am able to deal with them with eaze ! It really goes to show an employee going the extra mile makes a world of a difference in customer service. I will always choose 180 smoke as the store to go to! This is my all time favourite vape shop! I always find myself going in for one thing, and staying for an hour leaving with a bunch of new stuff! They always have really good deals on juice and regularly add new flavours so I never get bored of the same old flavours. The staff are really helpful too. I bought my very first device from another shop and they didn't show me anything, literally just sold it to me. A friend of recommended them so I went on a whim to learn how to use my device, and I'm so thankful I did. They set up my device and showed me how to use it even though I hadn't even made a purchase from them. Now that's customer service. read more

Visited this 180 Smoke location to pick up a new device. I was assisted by Abhinav who sold me on the Kangertech Subox. I was also interested in learning how to rebuild coils which he was kind enough to give me a crash course in. Very nice, polite, and accommodating guy, who was very willing to assist me. He gave me some fantastic juice recommendations which I also ended up purchasing. Great location and great service! I have to say the service was very professional, and the employee was very knowledgeable on the products and the inner workings of these nifty vaping devices! Will return due to the service provided! I mistakenly posted my review of this location under the Yonge Street account. Oops. Though I agree with some of what is being mentioned here in terms of unprofessionalism and a lackadaisical attitude toward customers, there are some exceptions at the Islington site. I had a great experience with Diego and highly recommend anyone who is new to vaping to seek him out and ask him for suggestions. The juices he recommended to me are now far and away my favourite. As a long time smoker I was very skeptical about Vaping. I went into this location & was greeted by Fletcher. He was very informative ..asked my "usage" aspects & took such great patience & was very sensitive of my reluctance. He kept allowing my husband & I a few minutes to discuss in private our vaping needs. He knew when to give us space & knew when to hover..sensing we had additional questions... Every time I show up here it's like the employees have recently upped their dose of slacker dudebro pills. I'm going to give it one more shot but if the frat boys behind the counter look at me again like I'm interrupting their cool hangout time by actually entering the store wanting to buy something I probably won't return. Excellent service and selection. I have been going there for the last 2 years. I have always found the staff to be helpful and knowledgable about their products (oils & devices). They have at least 200 different oils which is growing every month. Vape 180 also has customer loyalty cards which accumulates into $$$ toward future purchases. I never had a bad experience there. I recommend to try it if you vape or are trying to quit smoking. read more

Friendly store, answered all my questions in the most professional manner. Doesn't try to up sell you on anything you don't need. The store is not cloudy so I never feel intimidated but all the advance vaper employees there. Employees are able to explain in details about each juice profile they have, whether its on their tester station or not. Some of their prices are lower compared to their competitors. read more

Went in after two weeks of using an E-Vic VTC mini I got on dec 2. My charging port was not working anymore, I went in with my receipt and got a new mod with no hassle whatsoever. I appreciate the service and the ability for the store clerks to help me with any questions i may have.
