High protein low sugar peanut butter banana option
Dewan A.

Excellent spot to cure the sweet tooth at Garden State Plaza. 1) I really enjoyed their new flavors. They have a high protein low sugar peanut banana flavor and the zero sugar cinnamon flavor. Both were fantastic 2) The ambiance here is fantastic. Nice spot to relax and eat frozen yogurt.

I enjoy this place for the fact that they have flavorful vegan options. My favorites are the passion fruit and chocolate hazelnut. Both vegan. They have fresh fruit and nut toppings. I also got their dairy-free strawberry and pineapple smoothie made with coconut milk. I asked for no grape juice but water instead so there was no added sugars. Tasted good. My only suggestion would be to provide some fresh squeezed juices to make the smoothies healthier and filled with less artificial sugar. Also you should look into compostable containers and spoons and paper straws. They also moved the location to the second floor by the AMC theatre.

Had 3 vegan options available. Unfortunately the staff didn't seem too knowledgeable about their product. They were unsure if the dairy free whipped was vegan. She looked at the bottle and said yes but when I checked I saw it did have a milk derivative in it. Also thought it was weird when I asked for a sample she pulled a sample cup out of her pocket and had to do it for me.

It's always a treat to stop by for some frozen yogurt during a day of shopping at the Garden State Plaza. The staff here was super friendly when we walked in, asking if we needed assistance and to let him know if we wanted to try any samples. There are plenty of flavors to choose from, including traditional soft serve flavors like cookies+cream and coffee to unique ones like taro and pumpkin spice. Vegan options were also available, and the menu expanded to also include bubble tea. My family and I always get the Eurotart flavored ice cream and top it with a bunch of stuff like oreo cookies, m&ms, pieces of mochi (my personal favorite), lychee bubbles, and fruit. Stop by if you need a sweet treat or are in need of a location for refuge and respite among the shopping crowds.

Red mango allows you to sample all their frozen yogurts.....not so with 16 Handles, there is only one 'flavor of the day' you may try. Today's free offering was: cake batter. (I had also sampled this at Red Mango) Compared to Red Mango this fro-yo was thin, no where near as thick and creamy and a little tart. The flavor of the cake batter was rather diluted and bland. 16 Handles tastes like frozen yogurt. Red Mango tastes like soft serve ice cream. Both are non fat. The Mango wins this taste comparison, no contest.

Trying a mango-pineapple smoothie!

The store moved to the other side of GSP near AMC theater. It has bubble tea, acai bowl, real fruit smoothie and frozen yogurt.

Francy's seems to be in their "viral" era still --- and for good reason. Upon entering, I saw a good number of people in the shoppe, and a plethora of traditional flavors --- and then the "inspired" flavors. Check my menu photo to see their options. For myself, I got the half/half --- which is two small scoops that comes out to 8 dollars and change (a bit PRICEY but I get it). For my two flavors, I got the Mango Graham and the Dubai Chocolate. Mango Graham is inspired by the Filipino dessert, Mango Float and it was delicious! Icy, creamy, fresh-tasting, and with that bit of graham --- it hit all the notes. The Dubai was amazing as well --- all those little chuck of the kataifi going through it. It wasn't "pistachio" foreword, which I appreciated. It was a delicate combo of pistachio and chocolate. Totally get what the hype is for. Even if you on the fence, try Francy's simply out of curiosity. You won't be disappointed.

Tried the matcha latte and really enjoyed it. The matcha flavor was really present and love the creaminess of it which is just how I like it. Took a sip of my parents lavender latte and OMG I am in love!! One of the tastier drinks I've had in a while. Really love the floral taste of the lavender but it wasn't so overwhelming that it felt like I was drinking soap. It was so good Would definitely be back just for the lavender latte... wait scratch that, I DEFINITELY will be back. And this time I don't want to share lol And I'm also excited to try out their other drinks cause they had a lot of unique and interesting offerings. The Barista was VERY GOOD. She was the only staff member working and was very proficient. She filled our order in a timely fashion and crafted great beverages. We started with: Iced Brown Sugar Latte. This Latte was deliciously sweet and every ingredient mixed very well to create an ideal drink. The other beverage was the Mocha Latte. Another great Java, where the chocolate drizzle and foam made it a memorable selection. Besides Liquid Gold, I ordered a slice of their Chocolate Marble Cake and it was....AWESOME! Moist, firm, pleasantly sweet, and was a perfect complement to the Brain Juice. Thank you, Cafe Tesia, for making this stop worth the time. Now, I see why you're Yelp business page has a 4.8 rating, and I'll definitely return.

I stumbled upon this place called Gangnam Signature, located inside the mall right next to the movie theaters. The mall is absolutely packed today--I'm not sure if it's because of the World Cup--and the downstairs food court was way too crowded, so I decided to stay here and give this place a try instead. I bought a soft matcha cookie--I think it's topped with melted marshmallow--and paired it with a cappuccino. The cappuccino is excellent. The prices are a bit higher than what you'd usually find at a coffee shop, but this place is definitely worth it. The customer service is excellent. At the end, they asked if I enjoyed everything I had, and I gave them my feedback. The place is spotless. They have booth seating as well as standard tables. Today, there was someone handing out samples in front of the shop--croffles. They're like waffles but crunchier, served with honey or syrup and powdered sugar; they were delicious, too. Congratulations to the whole team. Blessings, and I'll definitely be back!

I had a caramel macchiato with almond milk and yes, there's a surcharge to swap the milk. It was delicious. My daughter had the pistachio creme latte and it was a bit too sweet for my liking especially in the morning. She loves it though. My only gripe is the pricing. My coffee is over $8 for a really small cup. I don't so mind the price if I'm getting more in quantity but gosh $20 for our drinks is steep.
