Meanwhile, we engaged in conversation with Hanna #2, who was really fun and likewise knowledgeable. She rang us up at the register so quickly that I didn't even notice that I'd paid. These two girls work together like grease on perfectly aligned gears, and whatever lab they were made in, those scientists are using the perfect amount of the right ingredients. 10/10 will come back again just to interact with them. Finally, we both took sips from our drinks. Queue the rush of euphoria and happy memories; these drinks were perfectly tailored to our tastes. It's hard to rely on a place when you don't know if they'll actually be open or able to serve what's on the menu. This isn't a product issue, it's a management issue. The place needs structure, accountability, and oversight. If that means bringing in more experienced staff to run the store properly, then that's what needs to happen. Let's face it you are essentially getting the same volume of food, so why be penalized for wanting more variety? Glad Nautical Bowls fixed this.
