This is my local Starbucks, and they consistently do a great job. The staff is always friendly and attentive, even though the store is usually very busy. The floors and bathrooms are consistently clean, which is always appreciated. The only real drawback--common to many Starbucks locations--is that food orders tend to take noticeably longer than drinks. Overall, though, it's exactly what you expect from a Starbucks: a reliable, well-run location with solid service. read more

The food was absolutely amazing, we ordered a variety from the elote to the tree leches and from the carne asada taco to the barbocoa burrito. None of it disappointed. The food was well cooked, tender. The cake was well made and one of the best I've had. The elote was by far my favorite that I've had from any place. The staff were friendly and an absolute delight and the service was fast. If you are in the area, I highly recommend eating here.​ read more

I had an incredible experience at this location! So I ordered my espresso on the ap, drove over and from the moment the barista answered the menu board I felt welcomed! Brand new Starbucks location on the corner of Golden Triangle & I-35 Northbound that was well needed, especially if requiring a pick-me-up from a workout at the brand new Lifetime Fitness. The drive-thru design is slightly awkward. The exit is onlong, meaning that you might scuff up your tires if you aren't careful. Same with your driver's side mirrors at the window (easily positioned to scratch your mirrors). Overall, consistently good in customer service, as well as quality in product. read more

The only good thing I can say about this Starbucks is that the people working were nice and the place was clean. Other than that it was a pretty bad experience. Our party of seven were the only people in the restaurant except for one guy in the corner on his laptop. We ordered six drinks between us and a couple of cake pops. I kid you not, we waited around for at least 25 minutes for our drinks to be made and watched car after car after car come through the drive-thru and be served promptly. I don't understand why one of the workers didn't concentrate on getting our drinks out while the others did the drive-thru. It was the slowest service I have ever seen at a Starbucks. To top it off, I asked specifically for a peach tranquility tea and the lady said something about being out of the honey something or other but could they use real honey? It threw me off and I repeated that I wanted peach tranquility tea and she said it would be about the same thing so I was like okay. I ended up getting some sort of mint citrus drink that I found disgusting so my husband drank it instead. When he was finished he opened it up and it turns out it had a mint medley tea bag in it as well as a peach for whatever reason. In any case, it was definitely not what I ordered, but I didn't want to order anything else because we had already waited so very long. I didn't want everyone else in our group to have to wait even longer because our goal had been to enjoy the drinks while looking at Christmas lights... So much for that plan. Nobody who worked there looked like they were in any sort of hurry for sure. We all agreed we will not be returning to this location. read more

My drinks never taste right from this location. Just got a cloud macchiato that had no ice in it (barista swore it was in the foam but it wasn't, coffee was room temp) and then foam started clumping up like little beads of styrofoam. I've gotten this drink several times. Pretty sure they used something rotten because now I have a stomach ache. Thank you, Starbucks! read more

This location is so SLOW! I waited 14 mins in the drive thru for a bagel! They never have stuff and their always out of bakery items and don't update the app and when you say something to them they give some lame ass excuse like the computer was down or they haven't had enough staff to update the menu on what they have or don't have. Petty ass excuses every time! One person had 1 drink and it took them 3 minutes to hand it to them. It's just pathetic! read more

Everyone who works here is just so nice. It's very clean inside. The atmosphere is trendy and nice, like most coffee shops. But the drinks are not good. This place seemed nice but the actual coffee tasted burnt in all of my drinks. I had salted caramel foam and I think it was all salt. Nothing tasted good at all. Great service here! My husband and I came in near closing and we were served well. My husband can't do caffeine. They made sure to get it right for him. Coffee did not taste burnt. Both our coffees were on point . A man also walked in 5 minutes prior to closing and he was serviced right. read more

Golden Triangle and the Heritage Trace locations are the worst I've been to. They never put the right number of espresso shots and frap roast in my drink - ruins the flavor completely. Both locations are within a mile of my house but I travel 9 miles to the 377 & Bursey location because they always get it right. It's aggravating to have to drive past 2 Starbucks and 9 miles out of the way just to get the drink made the way I order it. read more

There has been more times than not where I am waiting a long time in the drive thru, and I'm only 1 or 2 cars behind the one at the window. I'm not one to leave bad reviews. This is happening too many times. I have to drive to one 10 minutes out, making my drive 20 minutes longer, just to have quicker services. This should be addressed. read more
