Their "Deep Clean" service included organizing things that were strewn all over the place, vacuuming, moping, dusting, and cleaning floors, countertops, doorframes, appliances, etc. Engaging them was easy with a few Yelp messages and then the appointment was set up for the next day. Sent them some images of the areas so they knew what to expect and then they came and their team cleaned the whole house as requested. Whenever I need a full cleaning of the house ever again, I definitely am calling them back! 5 Stars!

The actual cleaning has been good, and I've been happy with the quality of the work. Unfortunately,…read morethe communication has been frustrating enough that I don't think this is the right cleaning service for us long term. We had biweekly cleaning scheduled, and after our last cleaning I asked to book again for two weeks later. I was told yes, but I never received a confirmation of the date or an arrival time like I had in the last. Previous cleanings had been in the morning or around noon, so I was surprised when the team simply showed up around 3:30 PM on a weekday without any prior communication. That is quite late in the day for an appointment that had never actually been confirmed. When I texted the owner and explained that I would do much better with an actual scheduled time, the only response I received was "OK." I've also found that some of the owner's communication can come across as a little abrupt or rude. Again, I think they do a good job cleaning, but reliable scheduling and clear, courteous communication are important to me when someone is coming into my home. Because of that, I don't think this is the right service for us.

When they came back, they lied and said our front office wouldn't let them in, when I was on the phone with the office the whole time. They ended up driving away with no notice, and left their ID's with our leasing agent. The original woman came back the following day with only a broom and 2 sprays. They did not perform a deep clean at all, and I fully believe I have just wasted $200 on a service I should have just done myself for better results. This was my first cleaning service to order in Dallas, due to my apartment complex not having cleaned the unit from the previous resident. For such a small 1 bedroom apartment, I expected more for a such a high price. If you're looking to spend a lot of money, for a basic cleaning, then this the group. Though, they gave me a time slot that was outside the scope I asked for making me rush things to accommodate for them - this was a bit unwanted. Maids arrived on time, they don't speak or understand English, only Spanish. I walked them through the house. The moment they saw master bathroom, the in-charge maid started saying something in Spanish. She didn't see the shower area or the tub by that time, but made a call saying my place needs a deep cleaning, saying the bathrooms are in need of deep cleaning and not regular, asking to charge me some $80 bucks more or so. Happy to pay that if you are either upfront about it, and do the job you say you would. After this, the service was subpar. The maids would lie about cleaning something they didn't even touch, you'd have to call them over and make them clean things (referring to the tops of bed side stands, dressers, dusting furniture etc.). Overall, the service I received was more of a headache than it was a service. After paying $230 whatever, my shower floor still looks the same. The cherry on top - I asked for kid friendly, safe cleaning supplies. Whatever they used, left a strong chemical smell throughout my house that lasted 2 days. Sharing an after picture of the shower floor ( it's a rented house, and these are stains that don't come off, which they decided not to check first but just charge more and leave as is). Feel like I was ripped off.
