Totally mediocre burrito experience in a strip mall by the shore. Kind of funky decor. Rocker meets ghoulish meets Mexican wrestling. All hard surfaces inside so pretty effing loud. Strange sticky feeling on a lot of surfaces like humidity mixed with what happens when you use Lysol on paint. We were there on a Monday so got a 1/2 price burrito. Mine was blackened mahi. Nice fresh pineapple and spinach inside but no sauce so it was a dry mouthful. Thankfully it was 1/2 off but still over $9 Giant basket of chips available by paying. Flour chips were super oily. Not hot. Guacamole had zero flavor. Our server was pleasant but I did have to ask for the check - we were not really checked on. TL/dr: Meh Mexican-ish food and middling service.

Burrito was pretty good, margaritas were good! Nice atmosphere in the covered outside patio/bar area.

Staff was kind! Burrito came cold. Sauce on top was too sweet to be a chipotle sauce. Beans and pico salsa where really good

This is a great summertime spot to do outside dining! Large outdoor space with mostly bench seating (my back does not love the bench seating, though). Food and drinks are served quickly. They have a nice seafood selection - we had oysters for the table and they were very good. I had the steakhouse burrito (no rice, potatoes instead) and it was fine. It had sautéed onion in it and when you took a bite the onions would pull out and it would just be a big bite of onions. Also didn't think the items on the inside were spread out well - all of the avocado was on one side. I would come back for the outdoor dining and maybe drinks and apps.

Haven't been here for 5 years now. It's always packed during the summer months. We happened to be in town on a Thursday. We walked right in and were seated. The margaritas are generous sizes for the price. They tasted fine! The OG taco was delicious but if you don't like too spicy keep the salsa. The mole burrito and regular burrito were nicely filled with rice. The black beans and rice were good too. The decor is updated and atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. I nice shore hangout with indoor and outdoor seating and active bar scene.

Stopped here on a Monday after a day at the beach. It was our first time here and it was great! We decided to sit outside because it was a beautiful afternoon! It's a lively and nice atmosphere. Friendly staff. We ordered drinks and dinner. I had a coconut margarita that I will dream about until I have one again! We has the corn bites and a cheese and sausage dip. I had a vegetarian quesadilla. All of the food was very good! We look forward to stopping in again when we are in the area!

For a Friday night, the wait wasn't long at all. We checked in and was told it's a 20 mins wait so we went to the bar to get some mojitos. I did instantly regret ordering this because it tastes like straight vodka with seltzer water and a crap ton of mint leaves. No flavor, no sweetness, nothing. Two drinks were basically $22, kind of expensive. By the time we got our table, our hunger started to rise. We decided to order the adobe wings -- please skip. These tasted like the wings were rolled in an ash tray. The loaded fries -- not my cup of tea but the wings were so bad that it made the fries taste like heaven. I had gotten the brisket quesadilla which were horrible. The brisket tasted like they were just unfrozen and overcooked. There were barely any cheese in my quesadilla so it was not as appetizing. Overall, I don't think we had ordered the right things but it's soooo hard to mess up mexican food. I am a pretty easy going person when it comes to food especially when I've had some alcohol in my system. This place did not hit the spot so I am uncertain if I would return for a second try.

I was really excited to try the food here since I just saw it on the food network's diners, drive ins and dives but when I got to try it, it was a bit underwhelming. We tried the chips and salsa, adobe flavored wings, steak tacos and corn bites. The chips and salsa are usually really. Good anywhere you go, but the salsa we ordered (mild) was tasteless. No salt or seasoning...just tasted a bit like sour tomatoes blended in a blender. The wings were slathered in sauce so very messy. The adobo sauce had an over powering flavor of something burnt. The smell and flavor stuck on us the entire day. They were also very spicy, the kind of spice that gets hotter when you drink water or eat something else. The steak tacos were good but again were over powered by some spice I couldn't pinpoint. The flavor was odd but the steak itself was tender so it was edible. The best thing there were the corn bites. Sweet and savory, great flavor and glad it was a large serving. Usually can't go wrong with Mexican but this was just ok.

Food was flavorless. 5 different meals and none of them were enjoyed. $150 completely wasted.

They used chemical liquid smoke flavor for no good reason, making the food inedible. It just tasted like eating chemicals.

BRADLEY BEACH: I love that being part of the Yelp Elite squad introduces me to new places and…read moreexperiences and that a lot of them are dog friendly! The Elite Experience at Fins Bradley Beach was no different and enjoying a complimentary pumpkin pie smoothie was the best way to spend a late October day at the beach. The smoothie was a perfect blend of pumpkin flavor and I ordered mine with coconut milk, since I need to be dairy free. I love that they have that as an option. Even with coconut milk, the smoothie was SO CREAMY and really hit my thirsty mouth and hungry tummy spot. We'll be on the lookout for other seasonal flavors and will enjoy their classics. Everything is made fresh so they can be very accommodating on any modifications to your order. I am a very picky eater and a self-confessed worst vegan because I dislike many main vegan veggie fillers. Fins' veggie option is not pre-mixed, so if you do not like something, they can easily omit it from your order. It was so easy! The staff is extremely friendly and I was able to order inside with my dog and then enjoy the pumpkin pie smoothie and mexicali burrito at their outdoor tables, where leashed and friendly dogs are allowed. The storefront is right on Main Street and Brie said hello to every passerby in the area, but it can be a bit noisy due to traffic! We appreciate the staff bringing out a cup of water for her too! The restaurant has a great atmosphere with bright colors, island-style music, and they serve up surf-inspired food in a casual environment, all while being wallet-friendly. Burritos, tacos, salads, wraps, a special gluten-free menu, smoothies, and they even offer catering! They use the freshest and finest ingredients and care about the planet with biodegradable products, and also care about the community through donations. During the 30 minutes spending time here, the amount of customers walking-in blew my mind. This place is popular and for good reason! We plan to visit their other locations in Point Pleasant and Sea Girt.
