Been a customer here for 12 years. Never had prior issues. Went in for a seasonal changeover. They put one of the tires on backwards, outside was on the inside (directional tire) went back, they "fixed" the issue. The shop also damaged, one of the wheels; brand new car, wheels have never been touched prior. They denied the damage but said they would pay for it? Dishonesty is a bad business strategy. The quality of the work coming out of this shop has declined, would not recommend. Will not be using this shop again. read more

You can count on integrity at this location. I have bought tires here multiple times. On the last occasion, the tires did not meet my expectations for the winter conditions. I called to advise them to discontinue carrying the type I had purchased. With my safety as a priority, Nathan rectified the situation and replaced them unprompted. After spending nearly $7000 over three years buying tires/wheels multiple for my truck. Tires for my wife's car. Two days after buying new tires for my wife's car she was nearly in an accident because the TPMS valves were not checked. One of the valves completely came apart (confirmed by Mazda) causing a loss of all air pressure in seconds. Causing the tire to be wrecked. When I approached 10 10 Tires about this issue they told me too bad. Not our problem. Terrible service!!! will be taking my business to KalTire from now on. read more

Made an appointment for 2pm. At 2:30 asked what is going on? Why are other cars being taken care of and mine isn't?. Got the same rude, "the car's not finished". No explanation. No setting my expectations for how long I'd have to wait. After 45 minutes I just left. I'll never use these guys again. read more

Very impressed with the service. I called in to check whether or not the specific tire I wanted was in stock and, if so, make an appointment to get it installed. Here's how they earned the 5 stars: 1. I already knew the price of the tire from their online website (1010tires.com). They actually beat their own online price by about 10% per tire. Since their online prices are very competitive already, they could have easily given me that price instead and made extra profit. 2. They didn't have any tires of my size at their location, but they went out of their way to get it from the manufacturers warehouse (not their own) so that it could be installed on the same day. 3. They didn't try to tack on any unnecessary charges such as those relating to TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System). read more

Helped my mom order winter tires and wheels here for her vehicle. My mom was 10 mins late for her appt, and she ended up having to wait over 3 hours to be serviced.... I guess you can say it's her fault for being late, but that's not the worst part... My mom doesn't speak English, so she paid and left after the install and assumed she received the correct parts. She came home and showed me the receipt and they ended up giving her different tires than what I ordered for her. No one ever told me or her through this process that there was a change to our order. I find very disturbing that no one felt the need to tell us that there was a change. Instead, they just gave her a different set of tires, and completely disregarded the original order I placed. I went to 1010Tires (a Volco Tires Company) after hearing that they have competitive pricing and good selection. However they failed miserably with their customer service. Made an inquiry about a winter tire package. Was offered a wheel option, but deferred to make a final selection of tires, plus selecting an additional two winter tire sets until the next day, pending confirmation of proper fitment. Store manager agreed, but requested full deposit to hold first set of wheels. This was paid. Four and a half days after the initial inquiry, store manager had still not called or emailed with fitment confirmation and final quote to finalize order. Decided to cancel and reclaim deposit, however upon calling store manager claimed that wheels had been ordered, and a 20% restocking fee would be deducted. As such, manager made false assurances and omitted what a hold deposit actually involved. Exchange with Vancouver General Manager resulted in more bad customer service, after he asked that I "consider how many customers he potentially lost because he [store manager] was dealing with you and couldn't help someone else." Moreover, the general manager claimed that due to high demand, my only option was to go "in store to see [store manager] as this is the only sure way to get a hold of him these days". Dear customers, if you want to keep your dignity, please explore your other options before you'll be faulted for causing losses to this business.
