Behind the scene are foreign sellers. A lot of them have return policies that are in my mind unethical. You can not cancel your order, even if it is right away, unless the product is damaged or defective. You have not received the product yet, and it has not been shipped. Beware of shippers and sellers that say sponsored. It usually takes a lot longer to get your item. Refunds take forever. I find it unsettling that they can take your money in 5 seconds, and you wait for weeks to get it back. Mobility Plus sells good products. You can find the same or better if you do the research!

Ernie didn't hesitate. He got me in immediately, reassured me, and walked me through the real data. Spoiler: my car was fine. What wasn't fine was the nonsense I'd been fed. ADE not only fixed what needed fixing--they treated me with actual respect. As a disabled woman, I'm used to being talked down to in shops like these. Not here. They listened, explained, and made sure I left feeling safe instead of shaken... and they undercharged. They charged me less than the other crappy place was going to, even when getting me in at the last minute.

She was almost in tears, not about her loved-one's death but about leaving the sense of family she had at ADE. Well, thankfully, she returned in another minute. "Wait, can you service my scooter?" Of course they could so she had a reason to return. Imagine that kind of warmth. Oh, the work was done well, reasonably priced and quickly. As an added bonus there is a nearby food truck with tortas that hit the spot.

American Mobility (AM) has a website with absolutely no information, expired coupons and a message…read moresaying "let's talk!". As I wanted to deal with a local business, I gave them a call. A man named Jesse answered. I explained that I was on the American Mobility website, but there was no information of what services and equipment that AM provided. Since the website had no information whatsoever, I simply asked for a list of what they were offering. Jesse thought that I was being rude for asking, gave me a piece of his mind and then hang up in my ear. WOW!... and they advertise "Good Old Fashioned Service." Their employees need more customer courtesy training and their web site needs much, much more work. My call was about 1:10 PM Tuesday, 25 February. They just kissed about $5,000 worth of business goodbye. But they probably could give a "rats behind." Well, that was my first impression of American Mobility. I got an email response from a woman named Nicole, apologizing for "my experience." I wish that would do it for me. It didn't. Honesty, just check out their website and you'll see exactly what I mean. So many unanswered questions. Please don't be tempted to call. Or, then again, please do. After multiple visits by multiple technicians, Redman, the maker of the chair, could not properly diagnose the problem. Eventually, they became totally unresponsive so I had to find someone who could diagnose and fix it. The repairman called for a quote on a replacement part, and it cost $700 for the same part that costs $200 for other chairs. I have spent more time on having it fixed than driving it. And it should have been covered by warranty!

They might seem great when they're trying to get your money, but once you have the chair and they have your money, good luck trying to get anything from them ever again.
