Quick and efficient, but also thorough. Wijy asked and listened to me explain my issues, and then adjusted my upper back and C2 on both sides. Very smooth. Range of motion and pain were immediately improved, but still a bit of pain. He also scraped some of the neck muscles to loosen them up...a real and unexpected bonus! I'd go to them regularly if I lived here. Very impressed.

I have been to 4 chiropractors on and off over the past 10 years, and I have never had as thorough…read moreof an intake exam as I had with Dr. Young. She actually touched my muscles! I know, can you believe it?! Instead of just shooting an xray and then popping me in one or two places, she used every minute of her initial visit interviewing me, checking my alignment, looking at my back and posture, feeling my problem areas, and even areas I hadn't mentioned. I really feel like she was able to get the "whole picture" about what might be causing my various aches and pains. On my first visit, she hooked me up to an electrostim machine (similar to a TENS unit, if you'd had experience with that), which served to fatigue my tight lower back/hip muscles, to make them more relaxed when she proceeded to adjust me. She also massaged my neck (just as good as my deep tissue massages!) and lower back. And then, of course, adjusted me. In subsequent visits, she has employed a vibration technique as well. (I feel like such a novice not being able to better explain the techniques properly--but I can say, they worked!). She continues to massage my neck and shoulders on each visit, and then gets more "pops" than I thought possible (probably each cervical vertebrae!). I have hip pain, which was exacerbated by a recent visit to my physical therapist. I expressed concern that I was going on a long backpacking trip this weekend, and was unable to get back in to see my PT. Dr. Young was able to massage and adjust the area, and I walked out feeling looser and better than I had in a week! She and her husband are both active, and she is able to provide personal knowledge to advise me on stretches and foam rolling techniques to allow me to keep doing the activities I want to do...even before I am "fixed". I also like that I don't get pressured to come in 3x/week, like I feel is a common request for chiropractors. My schedule wouldn't permit it, my insurance wouldn't cover it, and it just seems a little overkill, which is why I think chiros sometimes get a bad rap. I've seen her once a week for the past 3 weeks, and I feel far better than when I started!

The facility had an updated modern decor, with relaxing background music playing softly. There wasn't a receptionist but signage indicated that - you just walk in & sit down. Within a few minutes my Massage Therapist, Darlin came out & brought me back to a massage room. When I made the appointment it was required to book with a credit card & the price included a 20% tip. I paid in total $114 for a 60 minute massage, however the actual massage was about 50 minutes. The 60 minutes included a few minutes of discussion, the time for me to prepare plus the massage. My appointment was at 11:45 AM & the massage ended at 12:45PM. Darlin's massage was absolutely amazing - very skilled & a great listener! She was really able to work on my problem areas. Darlin was quiet during the massage, which I appreciated. Some therapists talk a lot & that can make it hard to relax. After my massage I felt great! I highly recommend Darlin & plan on returning for another massage.

I haven't had any chronic or life altering injuries that presently affect my daily routine but I have had habitual neck pain for 10+ years, hard to sleep but even worse waking up with tension headaches that only pain medication could reduce. However now, not only can I fall asleep far easier but I don't instinctively crack my neck all day long for relief. I never thought I'd have that relief. They've also helped relieve my consistent lower back compression and given me excellent tools to help wherever I am. David and Marcus have both done incredible work with me every time I show up. They're both knowledgeable on my needs and problems along with wanting me to be set up for success in my long term goals and body ideals. The office staff is also equally lovely, always flexible with my scheduling needs for work and were very transparent with the whole plan process when starting out. They also kept up email contact when first answering my questions, which I never get anywhere. My only small critique is that I was never able to get the app they use for your chart progress on your phone. Not really their issue as it's a third party app but would like to be able to access it someday!

I realize some people can be skeptical of chiropractic work but you are doing yourself a disservice if you don't get in here. Scott and Ryan go way beyond regular chiropractic, offering Active Release Technique (ART) and cryotherapy - which is amazing!! (Cold - really cold lol - but amazing!) You will not believe how just a short time in the cryo tank can make such a difference! I am in the gym a lot and it can take a toll - I know when my body is feeling out of sync it's time to see these guys and it always makes a huge difference. I also spend a lot of time sitting in front of a computer for work and my back definitely isn't always a fan - anytime I just feel like I'm tight or out of whack, I call and get in. Highly recommend!

Each appointment is a mix of ART, stem therapy, cupping or traditional chiro work, depending on what I need at that time but I always come out feeling brand new. I highly recommend them!
