However the new management, as of September 2017, is terrible and we will never deal with them again. When they took over they called us and got new billing info. At that time they asked if we wanted our second unit (which was empty at that time). I said yes. They took the billing info and seemed like everything would be fine. Then I found out they cancelled my second unit, renting it to someone else without notice. But they kept billing me the same amount, $140 per month, effectively doubling my rent with no notice. When I contacted them about this error they showed no remorse and gave no apology. They claimed a letter was sent (we never received a letter...he says it's possible we didn't get one as it was sent through an automated system) and he would not refund any previous money, nor would he honor my price going forward. So we moved to another place that offered much less expensive storage and management that is easy to deal with. STAY AWAY FROM WHITE OAKS MINI STORAGE. The only way I can describe their billing practices is "deceptive"

BEWARE!! RODENT INFESTATION!!!!!…read more I went to check my unit and discovered rodent feces EVERYWHERE. All of my things are completely destroyed. The mice even ripped open a bag of plan soil I had in the unit and have spread it throughout the unit trying to make bedding. My mattress topper is shredded from them chewing it. I contacted management and their respond was "we wouldn't be able to reimburse you for anything because you do not have our insurance plan". To which I pointed out their insurance plan does NOT even cover rodent incidents. Their response was "oh you're right..". Save yourself the headache and store your things somewhere with better quality control. I have had my stuff stored for less than 2 months and this has already happened. What is the point of paying to store your things if they'll just be ruined? I might as well saved myself some money and threw it outside.
