Thanks Jack (and Carole) for spending several hours with us discussing the myriad of options we faced. My wife and I ended up deciding to experience three distinct destinations in Thailand: Hua Hin on the gulf, Chiang Mai in the north, and Bangkok. With that as our direction, Jack and Carole proceeded to plan for us a terrific and extremely detailed itinerary -- complete with private transportation and guide for each of the sites we visited, hotel, lunches, dinners... the works. We were celebrating my wife's birthday on this trip and were pleasantly surprised to find a birthday cake waiting for us at each of our three hotels! How thoughtful. Jack also called us within a few hours of checking into each of our hotels -- just to make sure everything was going well. The customer service we received from Clement Travel Services is the primary reason why we will use them again. For my wife and I, we definitely feel like we got our money's worth. I couldn't imagine how much time I would have spent trying to create a trip similar in scope and detail to the one we booked via Clement Travel. Thanks again Jack and Carole for creating a great and memorable trip!

All the hotel accommodations were very comfortable and the breakfasts served there were delicious. Jack was able to help us fit our itinerary with all the sights we wanted to see. We will definitely be revisiting Japan again with his guidance.

They went out of their ways to answer my questions and serve us throughout the trip. We completed our trip with deep appreciation for this travel agency. They sent us a detailed itinerary ahead of time and the driver arrived early to meet us in South Bay. We made several stops on the way to enjoy the breathtaking ocean views, watch wildlife, and hike in the beautiful Pfeiffer State Park in the afternoon. We also had a delightful lunch and bought some souvenirs at the most popular local restaurant. We were running late because of spending extra time in the redwoods but the driver had no complaint and was patient and kind with us throughout the trip. This is one of the best travel services I've found in the past decade of living in the Bay Area. Their staff who worked with us are exceptionally informative, responsible, and caring for their customers. Communication was transparent and the pricing was very fair. We wish we could afford to tip the driver more because he really went the extra mile to make our trip as enjoyable as possible. Whether you're a visitor or a Bay Area local, you would enjoy a valuable and relaxing trip with them.

The most daunting part of planning is the Visa for entering China. I chose Bay Document Services and I am so pleased with the owner, Phillip Monares. He answered the phone when I called to enquire. He was right there through the whole process! My passport and China Visa were returned to me today. I am ready for my trip. (I diddled around getting the application to the embassy, and then had to wait for the Chinese New Year closure to pass, but the whole process took about a month.) Ellen has an incredible ability to tailor experiences, which makes each trip feel uniquely mine. She always finds the perfect balance by incorporating culinary, cultural, and art experiences that I love, along with athletic and outdoor activities that keep things active and engaging. It never feels one dimensional. I've used BT's services to book trips to Africa numerous times. Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe, and Uganda are just a few examples.. Each destination has offered something completely unique, and Ellen has hit the itineraries right out of the park. Gorilla trekking in Uganda was a once in a lifetime experience, and visiting the Skeleton Coast in Namibia felt like stepping into another world. In Botswana, I was lucky enough to see leopards up close, which is so rare and exciting! I have also vacationed in Tahiti three times, and each time has been magical and different! Most recently, my husband and I just got back from an incredible trip to Rangiroa, and we are already talking about exploring more islands on our next visit. Looking ahead, I am starting to plan a trip to Japan, and I will definitely be working with Boutique Travel again to put together the itinerary. Their attention to detail, creativity, and ability to truly understand what we are looking for makes every trip seamless and unforgettable. Highly recommend!
