I needed a Chinese visa for an upcoming trip. I found Travel Visa Plus through Yelp. The location is great for anyone who works or lives around the FiDi, Chinatown, or North Beach area. The turnaround time was incredibly fast. I ordered the regular processing time. I dropped off my Visa on a Monday afternoon and it was ready to be picked up the following Monday (a 1 week turnaround!!!). I was glad they could go in my place to get my tourist visa. For anyone who has been to the Chinese Consulate knows how much of a headache it can be and how long the lines are. If it wasn't for Travel Visa Plus, I would have had to take 2 days off (1 to drop off my visa and 1 to pick it up). Aaron provided amazing service. Anytime I emailed him, he was super quick on replying to my emails. He was quick to email me when the consulate needed 1 other document. My heroes! These guys saved my butt and my trip!! They estimated it would take eight days for my passport renewal, but they lied to me and completed the whole process in seven days! Since I lived near one of the partners, they even picked up and delivered my passports, as well as doing all of the application paperwork. All of this accomplished as my flight date loomed near, so their fee (which was much lower than other services) was probably cheaper than all of the Zoloft that I would've required. Stephen and his associate Aaron helped me avert disaster. I was about to embark on our family vacation to Europe (which we spent three involved months planning) and as I was checking in with the airline, I discovered that my passport was about to expire and that I could not travel. If i could give Aaron and Travel Visa Plus 10 stars, I would. He was fantastic! I can't recommend Travel Visa Plus highly enough. On a Sunday, I learned that my passport had expired, right before an international trip a few days later for my mother-in-law's 90th birthday. I emailed a number of passport expediters, but Aaron was the only one who got right back to me. He called me (on a Sunday!) and walked me through the paperwork and arranged to meet me at 7:30am Monday morning so he could walk the documentation over to the Passport Office at 8am. Meeting him with my documents took about 5 minutes. He reassured me that I would receive my passport in time for my trip. Sure enough, he got a one-day turnaround slot and my passport was complete by 5pm the following day.
