Needless to say, that was getting expensive. I told the guy at the front (who I presume to be the owner) and he responded "you definitely have a problem!" He further said that he would look into it. He looked up the belt in his system and cross checked it with the numbers on the piece of belt that I handed him. He had a NAPA belt delivered from across the street. After the belt was delivered he noticed that the belt was actually too long to leave room for adjustments. In other words, the belt would fit but detention adjusters didn't have any room left to make any additional adjustments. He told me that's what the issue was and he was going to go back across the street himself and get a shorter belt. This solve the problem permanently I hope. Think about it though. I took this vehicle to two other mechanics who just went by what their system said was the part and installed it whether it fit correctly or not then sent me on my way. These guys took the time to make sure that the part actually fit. They told me how much it would be up front and got me in and out in a little over an hour. I have nothing but good things to say about these guys! I highly recommend Hi-Tech Automotive!

When I looked at it myself I noticed that the tech had snapped the plastic off the box. I took the car back and pointed this out and after the manager called the tech to look at it the tech had the audacity to claim that "it was broken before it came in" I know this was not the case because I worked on the car the day of, and would have 100% noticed. Not only that, but you could see the bright white shiny filter through the crack he had just made. So the tech blatantly lied about that, and also lied about having checked the cabin air filter, because I had just replaced it a couple weeks prior and know that in no way did he take the time to check and just marked it as "urgent!" The shop did agree to replace the box, but being cheap did not do so with a new OEM Toyota part but instead bought a used and had the same tech install it and he broke this part too. Then tried to blame Toyota for making a cheap part. I know how this business goes, and know that these guys pray on customers who don't know anything about their car. If I had not called them out, my girlfriend would never have known that they broke her car (they also tried coming up with some bs about this not affecting anything). As seen in the attached picture that gap goes into the engine and they're out here saying "there's a screen that catches anything". Since getting the car back, it has been driving great. The front end feels solid, tight, and much more settled than before. I really appreciate the care Nathan put into the work and Drew's help with everything along the way. Finding a shop you can trust with a modified German car isn't always easy, and based on the quality of the work they did for me, I would definitely consider GMP again for future work.

Oil change came out to be $99 and the front desk worker did confirm they did a full check on my car including fluids and tire pressure. Well, the next day I checked and my tire pressures were low (around 25 PSI when they're supposed to be 32) and my power steering fluid was also very low. I guess they did a good job on the oil change part but not sure what I paid so much for if I ended up having to refill everything else myself.

Mark is a liar and will not communicate with you. Instead, Bravo4 kept my car for nearly 12 weeks without providing adequate updates on what they were doing or when it would be finished. I would call, and Marie, the desk assistant, would tell me she did not have any answers. Mark, the technician, was never there. He would be on vacation. My car sat there. I did not have access to what was going on regarding whether any repairs were done. April went into May. I would even go to the shop and appear in person to ask about the status of my car repairs, only to be told that they did not know and that Mark was not there. I made two or three appearances and called weekly about my car over the next eight weeks. April to May, May to June, BRAVO 4 had my car supposedly doing repairs totaling what I agreed to, $2,300. At the end of June, I told them I wanted my car back, repaired as agreed. When I got my car back, my stereo was no longer working, and the ceiling interior was falling out on my head because he left it out in the scorching sun over July 4, windows up tight. They closed the store after I called to say I was picking up my car, and I had to wait until Monday, July 6, 2026. I WOULD GIVE THEM A ZERO IF I COULD.
