Team K (admittedly selected in a panic) was on site less than 45 minutes after I called them, and did a fabulous job handling our immediate issues, including working around our schedules and business needs. I did have one minor issue, which I shared after getting a "How're we doing?" type of feedback request, so often seemingly ignored by businesses once submitted. I heard back from the owner/president that same day, sincerely apologizing for the issue, and ensuring me he would sit down with the people involved and use it as a training opportunity. What a fabulous response! And then, a few days later, I got a hand-written follow-up, including a gift card to buy lunch for our staff! My own experience was 4 star, but based on the response I got, I feel comfortable saying yours will very likely be 5! And if it isn't initially, you can rest assured they'll do everything possible to make it right. Kudos to Team K!

Note: we did work with Team K in 2022, so I am really late in writing in this...and the whole world had a lot of turnover in 2022, so this might have changed. The different parts of the business are very different...the damage treatment is a 4 to 5 star operation...the reconstruction is a 2 star, so that's why I'm giving them a 3. They did come out promptly and the owner is very nice. The quality of their work also greatly varies. The job manager said that on a scale of 10, his guys "are 6s and 7s, but the great thing is that always come back and fix up what they might have missed". If you have an emergency leak that needs water damage treated, they are great at that. When it comes to the construction to repair/place (install new floors, trim, etc...there are better and less expensive options around.

However, Project X delivered a quality renovation on time and on budget. Project X was referred to me by another business I trust (Stink Inc), after a failed cat urine remediation by another company for a property we own in Littleton. We were already way over budget thanks to this previous company who did a horrible job, so I was hesitant to have Danny come in and essentially re-do all of the work previously done. However, the big difference is that Danny and team were much more effective at identifying and finding the sources of odor and determining how to fix it. This entailed almost a complete gutting of the interior of the home, with the exception of the foundation, so it was neither quick nor easy. Did I mention I this was in another state? Being remote introduced more variables with Danny for even simple things like ensuring the odor was gone, picking paint colors, etc. However, Danny worked through all of these with me and was communicative and effective throughout the entire project. I would definitely use Project X again for a major project, even though I hope to never have to deal with cat urine again! I just wish Project X had offices closer to me as I'd definitely trust them to handle all of my renovation needs.

Being that I always like to have a second opinion, my husband found a company with good reviews - PuroClean. He called and within a very short time, Jason was at our house. He was very personable and did a thorough inspection. He applied a mold eliminating spray to some spots and gave us advice for replacing the basement ceiling that is under the shower, letting us know it isn't something we need to do immediately. Because of the fast response and professional work and advice, I wouldn't hesitate to use PuroClean again and recommend them to everyone.

It was a Friday night so we were pretty sure we were out of luck until Monday. We called 911 Restoration and Chris let us know that he could come out the next morning. The rain continued through the summer and the sump pump did it's job, but our vapor liner in the crawl space was still ruined. We called Chris again to come back now that we were ready to replace it. He completed the job in under two hours and helped restore the crawl space to how it used to be. We cannot thank him enough for helping us out this summer! He's knowledge, kind, and professional. Highly recommend 911 Restoration of Denver!

After filing an insurance claim, the emergency service company they sent provided what we later realized was an inadequate response. We then hired our own expert to inspect for any potential "microbial intrusions"from the damage, which clarified what needed to be done. A friend recommended Advanced 24/7 Restoration for the restoration. Given the initial shortcomings, we decided to also have them handle the remaining remediation work. They responded quickly and professionally, promptly removing damaged materials and opening walls to inspect for hidden moisture and microbial intrusion. Advanced 24/7 set up comprehensive drying equipment and used proper remediation techniques to fully treat the affected areas. An independent inspection confirmed the home was free from microbial contamination. They then expertly replaced drywall, flooring, and baseboards with great attention to detail. Throughout the project, they communicated clearly, answered all questions, and showed care for our health and home. Their professionalism and thoroughness made a stressful situation easier to manage. We highly recommend Advanced 24/7 for restoration and remediation services.
