With a plethora of specialty tea shops popping up in Hong Kong, Cha Long 茶狼 (or Tea Wolf) is one not to be missed. The recent craze of cream cheese topped tea drinks is also on Cha Long's menu (streaming off from the more famous Hey Tea 喜茶 chain in Guangzhou and Shenzhen). My favorite thus far is the Roasted Oolong with the cream cheese foam top. I asked for 0% sugar and less ice so that I could taste the contrast between the smooth cheese and the bittersweet Oolong tea. I do appreciate the design of the Cha Long cups that makes it easier to drink the cheese top drinks, which has now become an art form.
