I wanted the fries on the Grand Salon menu, but other food on the Walt's Cafe menu so we asked if we could do that. They went to their manager to ask and she reluctantly allowed us to do that. Major regrets because the food was incredibly mediocre. This was dinner. I ordered french onion soup (meh), fries (good), and the salmon dish (absolutely terrible). The salmon was supposed to be grilled and the scallops were supposed to be seared, but it all just tasted flavorless and cold. The next morning we were desperate for breakfast, so we willingly came back to Walt's Cafe. Dumb of us, I know. Luckily, the breakfast was much better, compared to the dinner the night prior. Still expensive and small portioned, but tasty enough for the convenience. Out of convenience, I would come back for the breakfast, but not the dinner menu.

Otherwise the selection is limited and somewhat lacking in character. It's a buffet; what else can you really ask for, I guess. Just know your admittance fee is mainly to cover the quantity of food rather than the quality of it. Oh and the view. Yeah, the view is nice. Service is nice and unobtrusive. Not all the staff know English or other languages aside from Cantonese but they're more than happy to find a staff member that can assist you. Three stars.
