Mei Foo Station upon an initial look seems like a totally ordinary residential MTR Station, but you'd be wrong. Yes, it's still predominantly residential, but it is also a interchange station for trains to the new territories and the city centre.

Seeing as the West Rail Mei Foo Station was built in the 21st century, it looks drastically different to the Tsuen Wan Line end, featuring natural lighting and good ventilation, and a massive concourse that makes it almost impossible to bump into other people.
Aside from that, it simply is a good station with well placed exits so that the community has easy access to this station. read more
