The coconut dumplings don't look very special at first glance. However, when you bite into them there is a ton of flavor. The dumplings include shredded coconut in palm sugar. Palm sugar is quickly becoming one of my favorite ingredients.

My dishes came out one by one from the kitchen, were served at the proper temperature, and well presented. I could tell the dishes were all prepared with care and perfect amounts of seasoning. The deep-fried, lightly breaded softshell crab appetizer was perfect. The prawn Penang curry with steamed rice was one of the best I've ever had. My taste buds and tummy were very happy.
