In addition to great music and drinks at night, they serve really good food. I remember trying some pasta dishes years ago, and they were good, but as an American I was somewhat shocked to say they have one of the best burgers I have ever had anywhere. Really! As expected, the execution of their largely SE Asian (Balinese) menu is beautifully presented. During their dinner service, I've only had their beef rendang, nasi lemak, and a sample range of sates (satays). All were on point, even if the portion size leaves much to be desired. I've been told brunch is a good time to come here, but the menu choices (which include poached eggs, fried chicken for kids, and baby pork ribs) seems uninteresting by comparison. At around 130HKD a drink, their cocktails are pricey, but are a good vehicle for playing up the Bali resort experience. The Nusa Dua Grog (rum + lime/grapefruit juice + palm sugar syrup) is sweet yet potent, while the Padang Padang Lemonade (vodka with pimms, sweet + sour) is an easy choice for novice sippers. My favorite drink overall has been the Uluwatu Runner (tequila + maraschino liquor, bergamot juice, grenadine, cinnamon). I wonder if these drinks are actually available in Bali itself. I have had mixed reviews with the service from stellar treatment to slower than expected experiences. Most of the time, the bartenders are friendly and the wait staff is on top of it. Don't worry about mispronouncing the Indonesian dishes / drinks, chances are the staff is doing the same. Note: The massive long table in the main dining room is literally a tree. It is stunning.
