Waffles We ordered the vanilla ice cream waffle and strawberry & ice cream waffle. They were light and weren't too sweet. However the waffles were kinda burnt. They are different dips you can put on your waffle. Honey, condensed milk and strawberry jam. It seems like they added matcha powder on top of the waffle which is good. 2. Buffalo wings with blue cheese dip I loved it, it was spicy and delicious. The cheese wasn't tasty for us so we didn't eat the wings with it. 3. Chicken spaghetti with pesto sauce I like how light the sauce is, it was tasty and well made. However I would suggest them to spice up the chicken more. Add spices or flavours to it. 4. So, go check this café when people in Jordan are all squeezing into the tiny Starbuck, you can always find a seat, and I mean sofa seat or window-side seat (Surprise!) I love this cafe because hotel knows privacy, plenty of spaces are provided between seats, you will not feel the tense between other customers. It is a place I can work whole day without disturbance, oh, and not to mention the free wifi! The coffee is good and wait staff are nice, so what can I ask for more? Oh yes, one point need to be added, as a café of Eaton hotel, you can also allow to use the super clean and tidy washroom located next to lobby, what a good point to a girl! They have a huge flamingo float right outside their store which is super cute for photos. The interior decor of the store features a nice tropical wall (which is nice for people to take photos for the gram), but there are really limited seats. There is a whole range of teas like chrysanthemum, matcha, black, green, etc., some with fresh fruit and other toppings, but my favourite is their classic highland oolong on its own with less sugar! The only downside is that it is a litttleee pricey to enjoy every day, but it's definitely a cute place to bring your friends!

Moreover, I've actually bought their beans before from another local coffee shop where I am located (in Toronto, Canada). I was excited to check them out but cafes in HK work a bit differently than in North America. A lot of the coffee shops sell brunch and food. If you'd like to dine in there is a host where they will bring you to your seat (there's no counter for you to order from nor do you choose your own seating). I decided to grab take out and was surprised that they didn't offer to a cortado (my usual go to drink). I tried to order a cortado with the host, thinking that as a coffee shop they would at least be able to make this but was told that they don't do cortados and was given a menu. I opted to grab a piccolo. It really frustrates me sometimes that as a coffee shop they don't offer all the usual espresso based drinks - you'd think that as a well-known shop they would. My piccolo was made at a reasonable time and staff gave me my drink as I was standing outside waiting. It tasted well made and did it's job of giving me an afternoon pick me up. I also bought beans from Urban Coffee Roasters which I am excited to try!
