The Singaporean-style Char Kway Teow came with a large prawn in the center. It looked very impressive, but how did it taste? It was a solid plate of noodles, with a variety of thick and flat noodles, but the prawn was overcooked. After tasting this dish, I realized that I preferred the Penang-style CKT with a little spice kick and fried egg. To each his own. On the other hand, the Beef Rendang was very tender.
