Solid dim sum in pretty legit environment (i.e., our tour guide took us here for lunch and we were the only westerners in the large establishment.) Normally, I'd give it three stars for the food and service but I'm rounding up based on perceived "locals" support, including that of our tour guide.
Not an easy place for a westerner to go, limited translation support on the menus and ordering forms, though Google Translate can help you through that.
