When we wanted to try the braised glutinous rice in lobster soup with scallop, we were already full. It was nice that our server recommended getting a half-order of it. It was excellent. The glutinous rice soaking in lobster soup had changed its texture, it resembled congee a bit, but was full of flavors. In the end, Tin Lung Heen presented us with complimentary desserts in a Star Ferry shaped ceramic pot that bore its logo. The cookies and mochi were very good, but we were so full that we had some as leftovers to go.
