They quickly pulled the bolt and put a plug in the tire as the damage was in the tread and not the sidewall. The work was done quickly and they saved me a lot of money. I think there are other stores that try to oversell customers but I firmly believe that Bergey's is a very honest company. I purchased a vehicle from them and used their service department for many years (Bergey's Dodge) and they were always trustworthy and truthful to me. It is a good feeling to have a local company that can be trusted to do the right thing consistently. Thank you to Chris and the guys at Bergey's. Highly recommended you guys.

Stepped into the place and reminded them of what I needed and whom I spoke to on the phone. They were like yes... yes... dude looked up, saw me, and I guess either he profiled me or just didn't like me, or whatever the case was, said he would need to look at my car first. For a wheel alignment and AC fixing. Dude walked outside to my car and came back. Then said "NO". I was like I drop almost 45 mins to get here and after been told yes and yes to all of my inquiries, now that I'm here in person... it's a No. so yeah, nothing was done. No service rendered, all I got was profiled and refused service. So when I got back home to Philly. Some other shop did the work and respectfully, if I must say so. PS: I don't want a reply from the business other either. This is a review and I've honestly left one and don't need an explanation or justification, as I would never return there again. I just happen to work in the area that's all.

They tried selling her on 3 other tires and because we did not want the other three tires they then sold her on an alignment saying if she don't get the alignment done it'll mess her whole car up. Then charged her for materials that should automatically be apart of a tire exchange. What the fuck? Think we would have been good for a week until we got the other 3 tires. We came here often and honestly Never coming back. So when we need and get the other 3 tires we need to get a whole alignment again? We're good. Thanks.

Details of my experience follow, but suffice to say, I would highly recommend these folks. I had them perform a pre-trip inspection on my car to see whether the car was going to fall apart on our family vacation next week. This kind of request is just asking for trouble at many independent shops I've worked with in the past. Essentially a blank check to come up with repair items whether they are necessary or not. I have many stories of these kind of experiences in the past, I will spare are you those details. At the end of the day after dropping off my car I received a detailed document as a PDF in my email outlining every item they found less than perfect on my car. For each item it was a recommended as to whether it should be repaired now, noted for the future, or just something to keep my eye on. Every item cited was accompanied with a photograph of the issue. They also included photographs of the tire depth measured and how much meat was left on the brakes. I have never received such complete and useful detail from a car service. The actual work they performed on the car has been perfect, and I definitely would use them again.
