    So it's the beginning of Baseball season... and it's the typical rush to obtain team shirts, turn…read morethem back in to print player names, obtain extra Coach shirts and caps, etc. We put in 2 orders: #1 - Fan Spirit wear (reasonably priced. 2 different style shirts - 100% cotton or the Wicking Polyester) and the caps look retro cool too. And #2 - Player names on Jerseys which cost $5 plus tax each. Rod's had let us know that they expected our team players' names on jerseys to be ready by Thurs this week... right before the also rushed Sat Team Photos, which made me really nervous. And they let us know that they expected Spirit wear to be ready after another 2 weeks, which was a big disappointment since we needed two of those jerseys for our coaches to wear in the Team Photo THIS sat. Well, happily, we got a phone call at 1pm TODAY (Wednesday) that our orders were ready. BOTH of them ... whoo hoo! I love when a company delivers EARLY. Both orders were correct, look great and we are thrilled to have all player and coach uniforms (and parent tees) ready in plenty of time for first game and for the team photo! They knocked it out of the park. (I couldn't help myself.)

    Walked in was barely acknowledged, and then treated like an annoyance and an inconvenience. They…read morewould not look up from their work to treat me like a customer should be treated and made me feel like I was ignorant for expecting them to know how to help me. The one who spoke to me continued to tell me "I have no clue what you're talking about!" I understand they do a lot of business, but making sure I knew he doesn't give any attention to the people behind the dollars given to him left me feeling disgusted that our team had used him for our orders. After speaking with several others who have experienced his exact behavior it's a wonder they are still in business. Won't spend another dime here.
