We recently ordered our Title Boxing free standing bag from here. Since we are going to use it for our kickboxing and my son's MMA training, I really wanted something we all could use. After several phone calls and many questions later we found the best bag for our needs. They sent several emails to let us know when the bag was sent and when it would arrive. The bag also arrived in a timely manner. When we set everything up, we immediately noticed that there was a crack in the base, probably caused during shipping. After a couple of pictures of the damaged base were emailed to the company, the customer service agent, Tiawan, sent out another base right away. Tiawan even called to let us know it was coming and to let him know if there were any problems with the new base. It was so nice to have our purchased backed by great customer service. Today, I decided to find out about their new hand wraps. Since I have small hands and wrists, I contacted Title Boxing directly about what size to order, and Cassie actually went to find them herself to check on dimensions. She then emailed the information back to me within a few minutes. Thanks Cassie! The prices are good at Title Boxing and I find sales online all the time. So, I get 2 pair of jeans that are $19/piece. Take them up to the lady to check out. See that the BOGO wasn't applied, and tell her so. She says that because the jeans are already on sale for $19, it doesn't qualify for the BOGO sale. I say, "Except the sign says everything." So I turn to my husband and ask him to see if there're more words on there that I missed. To which he looks and replies with a yes. I tell her, "Okay, well...that's actually pretty misleading." She goes, "Yeah, I get it...that's why we make sure to tell everyone when they walk in." I tell her nobody said anything like that to us when we walked in, then pay for my belongings and walk over to my husband who is standing by some shirts. Next thing I know, I can hear her making fun of me for not knowing that those exclusions applied. Maybe you should teach your employees that if they HAVE to talk shit, they should do so AFTER the customer has left. This is one reason why brick and mortar stores are going out of business. People don't have to deal with kids not having respect when they shop online. ‍

They also have the shoes in the back once you get done shopping. The clothes are cheaper than online, they had a buy one get one 50% off but we weren't going to do that because one of the joggers is already 45, but they have a 20% military discount, so that made it helpful.
