He gave us suggestions and what styles would work with what. We went with the Vera Wang Tux for the wedding. The slim fit fitted well on my Fiance. Since my bridesmaids color is Tiffany Blue, the Gray went perfectly with the color (for the groomsmen). Depending on the designer and add ons, ours came out to be about $200ish for 1 tux rental. The whole process took about 30mins since i already have a few tux styles picked out for him to try. Before you leave, they require a $40 deposit (groom only) to secure the date and rentals with everyone. Each groomsmen will have to pay a $20 deposit. The return experience at the Gurnee store, however, was the opposite. I was never told about the strict 24‑hour return policy when placing my order. Because the wedding was in Naperville and Being from the Lake County area the distance is significant and we had family events the next day, I would have returned the suits in that area had I known. When I returned the suits on Monday, September 14th, the associate was rude from the start. Before even checking the bags, he warned me he'd "have to charge me" if anything was missing. He then mentioned daily late fees and, when I explained the situation, responded with, "Well you should have returned them where you were at." That's not acceptable customer service. I'm always willing to pay fees when expectations are clearly communicated--but they weren't. After four decades as a loyal customer, this experience was disappointing and not reflective of the brand I've trusted for so long. I will make sure in the future that I take my business to Vernon Hills Store or to a competitor as this experience has made me question the level of customer service with Men's Warehouse from a Brand perspective.
