Cyndie was able to manage her AND teach her. She also helped her love swimming. So much that she actually agreed to join our local swim team this year without all the normal resistance that we usually get when we suggest new activities. That is a HUGE win in my book, only made possible by Cyndie. Cyndie is respectful of MY time and my investment. She starts every lesson time and gives my daughter focused attention during the whole lesson. Her online scheduling was easy, quick, and clear, accommodating my hectic summer schedule. The price honestly took me back. More than any other swim teachers I've done with my others kids. As I think of my 2 other kids swim lessons, they spent much of the lesson trying to convince them to get into the cold pool, and managing their shivers. Cyndie HEATS her pool. (And as a PG and E customer and pool owner, I KNOW this is not cheap $$$) What I also know is, warm water equals quicker learning and more success. My youngest who's also in the dance competition team has grown so much, not just as a dancer but the studio has taught her discipline, teamwork and self-confidence. The teachers are amazing and you can tell they love teaching their passion in dancing. Miss. Sabrina, the Jazz teacher is the best, she's always encouraging, supporting and very patient with new dance moves. She pushes her dance team to their fullest potential. We also love Miss. Tajah, Hip Hop teacher, she has the dance energy the dancers feed off of. Everyone in her class always have so much fun. Miss Juju and Teacher AJay- challenges the dancers with fun and unique dance techniques/choreographies. Come check out some the teachers' choreography awards at the studio! And last but not least, Mrs. Margie, the director - throughout the years since we've been there, we've experienced her dedication and commitment to her dancers and the studio. Great party especially for girls 8 to 12 years that may have grown out of other themed parties. I had Shake it Up invites so they made a Shake It Up mix and played songs from the show. Outrageously cost effective considering I didn't even have to clean up afterwards but just pack the gifts in my car and go. I love Mrs. Margie & JuJu's Onstage Dance!

We were blessed to find Pacific Ballet and Suzanne welcomed us with open arms! Suzanne has such passion for dance and knows her stuff. She's trained many dancers who have gone on to professional careers and that's mostly what attracted us to this studio. What I love most about Suzanne is while she is very serious about ballet, she has a heart of gold and the best sense of humor! She makes dance fun for my daughter yet at the same time she knows when to tell my daughter to "suck it up" and keep her head held high. Suzanne has wiped tears from my daughter's face when she gets frustrated, she has wildly clapped and hugged my daughter when she perfects her technique...she has been nothing but encouraging, support and loving. If you have a dancer who is serious and passionate about dance technique, this is the place to be. And not just classical ballet but she also offers hip hop workshops, contemporary dance, barre and conditioning and strength classes. We are very happy here and I foresee a wonderful future for my daughter at this studio.

The owner of this gym is completely disrespectful and will drive you crazy. In our experience we were Harassed, threatened, and lied to by the gym owner Ashley. Let's start with the harassment and being threatened. My 13 year old daughter was on the cheer team which ended in March of this year. I let my daughter start to have a social media account that I monitor very closely. My daughter made a post of a cheer team she is now on (because it was known that we weren't returning for another season of hell at this place) that I reviewed and approved prior to it being posted. But because the gym owner Ashley didn't agree with the post she blew up my phone and my wife's phone at 9pm to get mad at us about my daughters post and threaten to kick us out of the gym over it. She continued to stalk my daughter's TikTok account and complain and harass us about every little thing. They even went as far as coming out to our car in the parking lot just to complain about it again to us more times than I can count. They are rude and vindictive and my daughter hasn't been there since March. Here we are all the way down the road in July now and I get a notification that this gym tried to charge me a monthly tuition fee today when we haven't been a part of that gym for 4 months now. So my wife messaged Ashley the gym owner and asked her nicely to please remove my card from the file and don't try to charge it again. How did Ashley respond? She responded angrily and threatened to send my daughters TikTok posts to her new cheer gym that she's currently at in hopes to get her in some kind of trouble all because she's mad that we can't stand Next Level Gym! This gym owner is all about high school level drama and it's pathetic! Now let's go over just one of the MANY lies. The owner made promises to the parents in the cheer program like how we need to pay so much money each so that she can bring in an outside choreographer to teach the girls a winning routine. We paid the money (which wasn't cheap) and guess what, we NEVER got an outside choreographer she just pocketed the money. So please, do yourselves a favor if you want to sign your kids up for Cheer. Pay the money to go to an All-Star Gym. It's the same price for an All-Star Gym as this Next Level place. That's what we did and we couldn't be happier!
